I purchased a MacBook Pro 2020 and the battery was not holding a charge and the MacBook was also getting really hot. When I contacted the email support team inquiring about getting my device replaced through their one year warranty I explained to them my situation and that I couldn't be without my MacBook Pro due to needing it for work.
I was told that as soon as I sent mine back and it was delivered they would immediately ship me out a replacement MacBook Pro. Alright that sounded good. So I sent in my current MacBook Pro days have went by and I have not received a single update, finally I sent them an email and I was told that my device was currently being inspected and that they were replacing the battery and would be shipping my MacBook Pro back to me. This was not the original agreement and I explained this to them with included screenshots of the initial promise.
And the only responses I get are that they followed company policy and that they replaced the battery. I explained to them that this isn't what was supposed to have happened. I even sent an email to a bunch of owners and higher up people in the company and they have not replied back to any of my emails. I then reached out to Oday Alyatim on LinkedIn and finally received a response to him and was told that the customer service team handled it correctly and that he did not see anything wrong.
I explained to him that I was to get my device replaced and he just told me about their company policy and that they had to follow and replace the battery but now I can send my MacBook Pro back in and be without it again for over another week and they will replace it this time.
Poor customer service with them and the owners. Please do not do business with this company!
We ordered a MacBook Pro from Plug.tech. We've had nothing but issues getting it. The first order was canceled without notice so we tried to order again, as the computer was out for delivery. They put a return to sender notice on the computer. I contacted their tech-support and they said a glitch in their system caused them to think that this was a fraudulent order, but when it returned, they would resend it and I would have it in a few days. When it returned, they refunded my money minus $30 four a return to sender fee. I have contacted them about this and all they say is that I can re-order the computer. Do not buy from this company. This has been a month-long hassle. We needed this computer a month ago. We still don't have it and they are making me pay for a glitch in their system. You can see the glitch in their system every time you login because where it should have your name as the user account it has somebody else's name every single time you login.
Took almost one month to show item as delivered. It was not. The zip code to which they claim it was delivered is not even correct. Still no product after emailing them numerous times with zero response. Thankfully my cost was less than $100. Do not trust this site,
I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Plug.tech and it was a regrettable decision. The battery life was only 22%, and the phone wouldn't stay charged for more than a few minutes at a time. In the end, I had to sell the phone to Shopiosx for much less than what I paid for it originally. Do not trust this company--they are unreliable and will only leave you disappointed!
Plug.tech is a total scam! I paid $300 for a phone and it went dead the next day. When I contacted customer service, they just had automated messages and weren't any help at all. I ended up having to purchase another phone from Shopiosx.com which is much better quality and more reliable. Avoid plug.tech at all costs!
