Plndr is the worst!

Plndr is the worst! I order a jacket 10 days ago and it is still haven't been shipped. I tried to call customer service all day but it says their the office is closed but on the it says their open Monday thru Friday 10am - 10pm I've called literally 6 times since 10:30am its 3:13 pm right now! I emailed them twice and still no response! I just want refund take my money somewhere else. Its crazy! DONT SHOP HERE

I LOVE this website

I LOVE this website. Ive never had a problem with it. Communication has been brilliant and my items always arrive in perfect condition and exactly as described. Plundr is the only website I ever buy streetwear from. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I would never order anything from Plndr.com I have had nothing but trouble actually receiving merchandise from Plndr. Last year they "lost" my son's shirts during the USPS shipping. The worst part was that he had purchased the shirts with a VISA gift card he had received for Christmas. While waiting the many, many weeks for the order until Plndr realized that the shipment was "lost" my son used up the giftcard and had disposed of it. When we found out that the shipment was lost we asked for credit. Plndr had already credited the VISA gift card which we no longer had and told us there was nothing else they could do to fix the situation. This order was what my son wanted for Christmas from his grandparents. He placed the order 12/3/14 and received 3 of the 7 items 12/9/14. A week before Christmas I called Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department and was told that they had been having difficulty getting the "presale" ordered products out to customers but that my son's products were in the warehouse and we would definitely receive them before Christmas. It was very disappointing to have to tell my parents that all the gifts they bought my son for Christmas would not be available for them to give him on Christmas. I wasn't overly concerned since I knew my parents were staying with us until January 2,2015 giving the items an extra week to get to us. When that date passed I knew we had another 8 days because my parents would be coming back January 10,2015. My disappointment was elevated when they left January 12,2015 to return to Texas. Then on Wednesday 1/14/15 my son received an email from Plndr stating that his remaining items have been shipped and can be tracked through UPS. My son called me later on the night of the 14th asking if his products had been delivered I said no, because I had just spoke with Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department earlier that day and was told that the products had shipped that day. I asked my son to forward the email to me. After clicking on the UPS Tracking link provided in the email I was very confused because the link indicated that the package had been delivered Tuesday, the day before. It wasn't until I reread the UPS information and realized that the delivery date was Tuesday, 12/9/14 and that Plndr had provided the link and tracking information from the first 3 items that were indeed delivered on 12/9/14. I sent this email back to Plndr and asked for a correct UPS Tracking link. What Plndr sent me on 1/16/15 was NOT a LINK to UPS, but just the correct tracking number with the current delivery scheduled for Tuesday 1/20/15. I do not expect to actually receive the package and would still like to have the UPS link so that I can monitor the progress myself. Assuming we do receive the package on 1/20/15 that means it took 49 days/7 weeks/1.63 months to receive the merchandise my son ordered for Christmas. I'm VERY unimpressed by PLNDR's support.

I made an order on Dec, 2 2014 and Dec, 4,2014 so they would be here by Christmas and its Jan, 15 2015 and I still don't have my order.
One of my orders just shipped on the 13th and they Still gave me ground shipping after I have waited over a month for my order! While looking at the tracking number online the package has not event left the warehouse. And my other order still is pending.
I use to buy from them very often but I don't think I will anymore.
The customer service ignoring my emails and Im here almost a month after Christmas with half my gifts still not here.

This was my first time buying from anything online, so I bought myself this really nifty baseball jersey which is avg price 74 but on plndr was around 35 I didn't have to pay for shipping and handling which wold be 46 because I used codes I found online. They said it would take 5-10 business day to deliver. After buying from plndr I went online and found really bad reviews and was skeptical about how long it took. I don't know if I was lucky but my jersey came in good condition and I'm 7 days which I'm pretty happy about. Definitely buying more stuff from them later on.

This was single handedly the worst site on the internet to buy from. I would trust a sketchy guy in a dark alley before this site. Ordered one item, a bracelet, its been 20 days and they not only missed the xmas deadline they promised me, customer service sucks! I think they are running this "company" out of some basement in chinatown. Karma loop plndr should be completely embarrassed by their lack of business acumen. Who is running this company? I would love to know how they can still afford to keep a horrible site going like this. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE FRAUDS!

This is the worst site I have ever ordered from in my life. I ordered 19 items and almost immediately received 3 of those items. I then called and requested tracking or the location of the additional 16 items. They said the items were a pre sale item meaning they dont even have possession of these items to ship them. They get them from separate vendors and then send them out. I thought that was ridiculous. Why advertise something you don't even have? I was told on the 14th i would receive tracking information, i called on the 14th and was told id get it on the 17th. Of course, on the 17th I was told I would get it on the 19th. To no surprise the 19th rolled around and I got a poorly written email with all kinds of grammar and spelling errors. The email was telling me that I would not get my items in time for christmas. Immediately after i got that email, I got another ADVERTISING THAT I HAVE ONE DAY LEFT TO GET MY STUFF BEFORE XMAS! The customer service reps are mildly $#*!ed, the hold music is the same 8 seconds of a song over and over trying to get you to hang up, and the clothes aren't even good material, feel cheaper than walmart. I wont make this mistake again, I wish I read all of these reviews before I ordered so much.

So after I placed my order a few days ago, I started reading the reviews about the site regarding their shipping, come to find out that they are HORRIBLE! I Alteast expected to have a tracking # by now or for my orders to be on their way. But I'm guessing there not. When I shop online I expect to have my things within a week. I ordered a shirt for my son. The shirt was too large for him. The site does not offer any information about exchanges and NO return label. I have to pay for return shipping, and I would have to pay for the new order to get a new size. That is about $30 in shipping for a $30 shirt. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for about 35 minutes to find out how to do an exchange, and basically it is return it and after we receive it we will process an exchange. No guarantee on anything. I will never order from this company again, and my son will let his friends know not to order from PLNDR.com PLNDR is a BLUNDER.

I Recently ordered a hat and a shirt and it got here within a week which was great but when it arrived to my surprise the items that were shipped were not the ones I had ordered. They were similar items of the same brand. Which I didn't mind because it was ALMOST the same but buyers beware.

I have an extreme love and hate relationship with plndr.com. I THINK I ACTUALLY HATE THIS WEBSITE! First of all, if you are a Canadian ordering products over $24 you will be b! Tch slapped with duty. Dear, plndr.com why do you think Canadians are dumb? Plndr does not write the actual price of the items. Instead they write the commercial pre-sale price (aka when it was on karmaloop full-price). The reason they use DHL is to make a profit off us! Half of the C. O. D. Payment goes back to plndr. The Canada Post mail man and the Canada Customs Agent told me, I should be charged for the present value of the articles that I purchased. Reason being, clothing prices depreciate when a new collection comes out. I only gave one star because they have brands that are hard to find in Canada, and the sales reps are really chill. However, this is what happens when Hipsters get into the corporate business. Just use USPS AND CANADA POST! I do not give a crap about how long it will take; I just don't like it when I get told pay duty on clothing that was worth $50.00 (which were all made in America= NAFTA agreement should be applied properly) and get charged a C. O. D. Fee of $39.97! And this is the fifth time too many where I've been charged duty over $35.00 from this website. Dear PLNDR/ KARMALOOP, be smart and not stupid... or stop selling to Canadians, since you love DHL! I hate DHL its fascist carrier company!

Horrible Customer Service!
They make returns an absolute Nightmare! They Never responded to my email. (Its been over a week), I was on hold for over an Hour and a half before I finally got someone on the phone. She was polite but the sites policies are horrible. Everyhting on it is only available for Exchange or Credit. No way to actualy get your money back. Enjoy!

Plndr is the worst site ever. Im never ordering from this site. OK first time i ordered from there my order came in 13 days when it said 3 to 5. When it arrived the hoodie was cut from the hood. Second time i ordered two hoodies both of them were defective. One of them had a big spot that looked like glue or like it was burned. Second one didnt look like nothing on how it looked on the site. The hoodie was to wide from the waist and the sleeves. Also the sleeves were so short. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE! DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME!

About 2 days ago I ordered a 150$ gift card that I thought would be emailed to me. It turns out I ordered the "gift certificate" which gets delivered to your house and not the "digital gift certificate" that gets emailed to you. Okay, fine. They told me they were able to cancel my order and the full refund would take up to 3 days. Well, its been 2 and it seems as if $1.94 got refunded to me... yes one dollar ninety-four cents out of $150. I stupidly ordered about 300 worth of clothing after that and my payments are still pending. If they don't refund me within 2 more business days they will be getting a very unpleasant call from me.

They have amazing sales but BEWARE, If you want your items right away it will never happen. I placed an order on 01/08/14 I receive a shipping conformation a couple days later. I thought it was my entire order but no it was only one of the items I had ordered. I have yet to receive any shipping conformation on my other two items. I called the company almost two weeks later (today 01/20/14) an my order is still being processed, not even shipped yet. I don't think I'm going to by anything for this site again.

So I ordered a sweater from this website for a teen. It has some brand name unusual items not found here in Canada eh! I read about the shipping as I always do particularly when not Canadian, this is USA. So they charged me $7.95 shipping and indicated on their site that all applicable duty/taxes would be extra and that they would not be responsible Of course we pay duty and taxes I assumed this and their shipping info confirmed same so I expected taxes as the item was American made. It arrives by postal delivery but there is a COD charge of $15.38, really on an item that is about $53 Canadian including their shipping and tax at the source? Even the Postal Worker here was like Ive never heard of this. Well the mailing company that the website utilized DHL Global Mail charged me $10 plus the $5.38 taxes at the Border. The $10 is a FEE for processing the $5.38 payment at the Border! YIKES! So I email PLNDR about this outrageous charge they keep sending me their shipping information and apologize. I wanted them to include this $10+ Fee on the shipping information on the website as this is a known charge not what might be! Dont buy for this company! They are simply giving me lipservice on this issue Further the amount to ship this item on the package was. 70 US, yup Seventy Cents! Robbers they are!
