This is the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I purchased a runescape account and then they had me jump through all these hoops to verify it was me just to ghost on me and not respond.

Take your business elsewhere! Total nightmare and headache.

THIS IS THE ONLY WEBSITE I HAVE EVER HAD A PAYMENT ISSUE.

As with many others reviewing here, after multiple days of successful payments, Player Auctions 'risk system' started kicking out all my attempted payments forcing me to then directly pay the provider outside of their system and security.

Since it's a Chase Visa Card, I have no problem with my payments. It's also verified by Chase in the transaction that PA cancelled. That's probably why I've used this same card for years across hundreds of sites with no issue.

Their solution? Go spend hours setting up a crypto-wallet and buying crypto currency so you can keep using their site. No thanks.

I recently have bought of of here twice in one day with two different cards and my account needed payment verification. I've tried sending them the documents and everything they needed. They never responded. I've used this site back in 2018 with no issues, but now there's an issue. The customer support is absolutely atrocious.

Deal went bad due to sellers end and was told I was getting my money back. They claim I should have it but I don't. I have emailed and used the support center with no responses what so ever. Very disappointing.

Terrible issues!

The customer support is extremely slow, and I cannot get my credit/debit card to go through! I've never before had issues with this, and when I got a response they said to use crypto coin instead. I do not want to use crypto coin. I should be able to use my normal card. If there is any issues regarding my account I have said before that I am willing to work with them, but I still have no heard a response yet, and I fear I will never get one at this rate. I just want to purchase from your website, but I am being treated as if I am some scammer. I've never used your website before so this is a bad outlook for newcomers like me and others.

I feel scammed

I was attempting to purchase an account and after filling my form of payment the page refreshed i check my bank account and i was charged but when i goto the my order it says pending payment as if i never proceeded to check out so i get charged for filling form of payment and get charged again for actually paying for the account or whatever it is you are buying after cancelling i was refunded 1 out of the 2 charges

Refunds for declined/canceled payments are automatic, but I have now asked our staff to check on this. Please contact your payment provider as well, it's possible for the funds to be stuck at their end and you have to let them know that the payment was already canceled so they can return the funds back to you.

Seriously flawed

I went to buy an account, paid for it, said it was accepted then the "system" cut it off, but didnt refund the money they took. This is a problem and looks like a common one. Could make a sweet profit if you do it the legit way.

It is my first time logging back into this site in a long time since just starting wow classic back up. My account looked good so I placed an order. Got order confirmation and money was taken from my account. Within 1-2 minutes of order confirmation and fund withdrawal, my account was suspended. Now what the hell do I do?

Stole my lite coin so stay away! I submitted a ticket yesterday.
I I am still being ignored. Stole all my money!

I don't know how i am able to get this resolved. Constantly ignored. Now instead of resolving the problem that they caused they have been ignoring my ticket for 9 hours.

They offered a refund for the litecoin to my wallet address but advised them that this isn't good enough as your website is buggy with doing orders and plus i purchased something where now the prices have increased so i missed out on a massive deal due to playerauctions terrible payment system.

Nobody knows what they are doing please avoid at all costs.

I will be updating this review if they manage to solve this problem but, seems like they do not care.
For one having to verify that you are using your card and putting your personal details in this website no thank you.

I have never had such terrible service online.

DO not risk losing your money and having to deal with these guys.
It has been since Tuesday 21/04/2020 and we are no further forward.

I bought an item and then it showed Payment pending for a while and the money was pulled from my bank account while it was still pending, even the seller told me he did not receive anything, so I had to cancel the payment and wait 5 days for the money to come back and try again later, after 5 days it happened again so I had to cancel again no surprise I have to wait again for 5 days. I tried another credit card this time the bank was on the phone call with me while I was buying this item; the bank approved the payment went through even the bank said that everything on my side is fine now just wait until the website takes the money, it sticks at pending payment for 3 hours, then finally boom " Payment Failed" and they took the money as well, so I had to call my bank and they said the money is through because the bank approved but the website didn't claim it so now its stuck again and I have to wait 5 days again. Contact support is probably the worst thing, they take 3-5 days to reply and they replied with the same message twice even though I have explained what happened it was like talking to a robot. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience with this. Our system has to verify credit card, GooglePay, and Skrill payments. The orders are queued and will have to be taken cared of by an agent where they need to verify information to establish ownership of the account. Other times, the payment will straight up be declined if security issues are found with it, such as mismatched names or information. There is nothing wrong with your card and the payment is indeed being processed correctly from their end. However, if we are unable to verify the payment or if we decline it, the funds are sent back to you automatically as a refund.

We recommend cryptocurrency if this is your case becaus crypto that does not require verification as it's already a stored wallet payment. Rest assured, you will be fully refunded on this by next week; I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had.

I was looking online to buy rs gold. Not a big deal online. 1st time using the website. Noticed that they dont allow paypal which was weird as paypal is the most secure payment method. Well decided to go with regular debit card. It charged me an pre authorization of 65 cents which its fine cause it was supposed to be made i understood. Then charged me 78.78 at the moment of contacting the seller he told me that i dont have an order. When i checked the status it was cancelled 1 min after the payment. Got in contact with support and all they said is to get in contact with my bank for a refund. No response after that 4 hours waiting also 3 hours after the payment it charged again 78.78 and 65 cents only that this time to a different commerce. Called bls i dont know about it but it was for the same amount. I hope this helps someone not to try using the website. Im reporting this website to all anti fraud places i will find. They will pay a lot for the 160 usd they took from me.

I have been waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for my purchase to be verified. The transaction has gone through my bank account, and the purchase hasn't been verified. It says 0-20 minutes, however, it's been hours. I will update my review once my purchase has been verified, and I have received what I've purchased. I got a reply from an agent on a different review website, and they said that they were going to look into my order, but hours have passed and nothing.

Tried to purchase some currency for classic wow and immediately after, they took my money from my bank account and said "please contact your payment provider for a refund". Either give me my money back or deliver the currency I paid for. Oh and a screenshot so people can see that I'm not full of bs.
