I really had no plans of buying and I was just checking them out. I thought a $15 order wouldn't hurt and I had my doubts. After they went through their verification (I'll be honest, slightly worrying), the order came through and it was done nicely.
I think they do it to prove you're not a thief and I can appreciate that had my card been stolen, it can be used here.

Playerauctions is a garbage site where scammers thrive. I bought an account on 8/13. It was recovered by the seller and password changed within 2 months. I reached out to playerauctions support and provided evidence the password was changed. They reached out to the seller who did not respond. Even though it was clear I was scammed and they took 'necessary sanctions against the seller's account' they refuse to refund or make up for the seller scamming. DO NOT USE THIS SITE AND GET SCAMMED.

This was reported on our other review site account and as per my reply there, I'm sorry but we did not receive sufficient evidence for this.
Moreover, the order did not come with after-sale protection. For a refund to be processed, we require the order to have after-sale protection and substantial evidence for a claim to ensure the deliberation process is fair.

Despite multiple attempts to get this straightened out, they sided with the scammer. I had all the data to prove that they took the account back, but nothing. They stopped replying to my query and never fully explained why they sided with the scammer. Watch out for cpalkovic as well. I lost $400.00 to him

I was trying to buy an overwatch account but payment keep being rejected by their team because i was using my dads credit card because i had a problem w mine, after 2 tries that took around 3-4 hours to sort out i decided to try and pay w crypto i overpaid by 10$ because of binance fees they said i need to email them because of the overpay after i did they just havent replied then replied after around 8 hours saying that my order is cancelled and if i rather get a refund or add the balance i paid in site so i said in site and still no reply its been over 12 hours and my account that i wanted to buy was already sold...

I sincerely apologize for the concern this has caused and for the delay in handling your ticket. I have now replied on ticket 1169383 to inform you that we did not receive the Coinbase payment you made so this will be refunded by Coinbase back to you.
The payments won't work because for cards and other methods, we need the payment account's real name to match the real name on the PlayerAuctions account. For Coinbase, payments have to be made using the exact amount; not over, not under. If it deviates from the original price, Coinbase will decline the transfer and this is as per their policy.
Rest assured, you will be refunded on these, and I am sorry again for the hassle. Please contact Coinbase to get a refund and for the previous non-Coinbase payment you did, you will be refunded automatically.

Good and easy to use if you want to buy something tradable for an online game. The seller takes care of most of the trade while the site performs security. The service is really good.
