Placed 3 orders all within a span of an hour and they all delivered it 100%. I was only doing this just to see the fastest delivery but lmao they all did it anyway in 10 mins so I guess I know who 3 to pick from next time. And there's more to come from me.:-)
PlayerAuctions Is a Predatory Platform That Exploits Sellers – Avoid at All Costs Proof & Ongoing Exploitation
Store Name: ZENAXEL
Total Sales: 348
Positive Feedback: 332
Account Held Hostage: 7 Days (and counting) PlayerAuctions has frozen my store—despite a flawless sales record—without real justification or due process. All listings removed. No earnings. No resolution. Just robotic responses and vague "policy" excuses while they continue profiting off past work. After 3+ years and 350 successful sales on PlayerAuctions, I can confidently say this platform is a scam masked as a middleman. Once I temporarily lost my Seller Level 1 badge (due to an internal system issue), PlayerAuctions began slapping me with hidden fees, $2 per dispute—even when the buyer asked ME to cancel politely, and we both agreed. No fraud, no risk—yet I'm still charged. Their excuse? "Policy." Yet none of these charges ever applied while I had my badge. Suddenly, once you drop a level, the system punishes you repeatedly, no matter the situation. They even removed all my listings without warning, effectively holding my account hostage for weeks while I beg their support for real help. Meanwhile, top sellers are untouched by these ridiculous rules. PlayerAuctions clearly protects high-earning accounts while exploiting smaller sellers who made them money in the first place. This is disgusting favoritism and completely unethical. Support? Absolutely useless. They send the same robotic copy-paste messages every time. No real investigation. No real solutions. Just cold bureaucracy while they collect fee after fee from you. I've waited days for replies while my shop sits frozen over a $2 dispute I wasn't even responsible for. Their Secure Seller Delivery Agreement is their get-out-of-jail-free card. They reference it as if it justifies robbing sellers with vague, one-sided policies. They never explain why the same dispute fees didn't apply for years—until they saw a chance to exploit a downgrade in seller level. Do not sell. Do not buy. Do not trust them. Unless you're a large seller making them thousands, you are expendable, and they will show you just how little your loyalty means.! Ongoing Updates Incoming:
I will continue updating this review weekly. As expected, their only responses so far are copy-pasted "policy" excuses—designed to drain sellers like me, even when I'm not making a dime. They've removed all my listings, effectively holding hostage a store built on 350+ successful sales. This post will be updated to warn and protect fellow sellers and buyers from the platform's exploitative practices. Date of experience: June 24,2025
Hello Zenaxel,
You advertised the offer for order 14650696 as available and had a delivery guarantee time of 1 hour. You did not meet the delivery and even waited 1 hour before informing your buyer that it's "out of stock". As detailed in our Secure Seller Delivery agreement, if the order is canceled and the seller is at fault, 10% of the order will be incurred as a fee. We follow processes and policies on the site.

(#3: Dispute Resolution, last sentence)
You agree to these terms when you sign up as a seller. We recommend you check any site's policies before joining as a user to determine for yourself if you are amenable to following them.
Regards,
Richard
Safe and secure and I would say the best out there. No stranger to sites like this and I have used them since the early 2K MMO days where stuff was more expensive. Not today. A lot of the rares have gone down in price and they have a lot of them on the site..
Thanks a lot, Kellan! We're very happy to have you with us since the early days.
You will almost always walk out of a trade with a different one not because they scammed you or anything but because there's always a cheaper deal as long as you don't mind having a different set of cosmetics. I honestly don't mind this at all. Kudos to the hardworking sellers here!
Thanks a lot for sharing this, Jareth! I'm glad you found a different offer that you liked. Happy gaming!
My PlayerAuctions account was permanently suspended without any prior warning or explanation. This was my first issue ever — I had a clean record, 100% positive feedback, and over 70 successful sales. When I contacted support, they told me to wait 180 days to withdraw my balance, with no exceptions or clarity. They never addressed my concerns and replies were copy-paste. I relied on this platform as my only source of income and now I'm left with no access to my money. I don't want the account back; I just want my funds released early. Overall, their support is unhelpful and unwilling to consider exceptions. I urge caution to anyone planning to use this service.
Hello Elaby,
You were banned on the site for fabricating fake feedback on your profile. This is a severe offense and your account is suspended - there is no reinstatement opportunity for this. There is no way to "address" your situation because you committed a severe offense. You were informed that your disbursements are on hold and will be processed at a later time.
Your offense does not come with prior warning, as doing so defeats the purpose of this policy where users may take advantage of committing the same offense, and would only stop until they're caught or "warned". I'm sorry but it doesn't work this way.
Regards,
Richard
My only complaint is that they don't have a fixed price. The 30m I got 2 weeks ago was $3 more expensive on the latest one. It seems to jump around. I know it's economy-thing, but I wish there was a fixed price for this. But still, it is a good shop. Always fast and efficient with deliveries and no problems ever encountered!
I'm sorry but prices cannot be fixed at a certain interval; this is because of supply and demand, and more importantly, sellers normally work on their gold supply which can drop or peak randomly depending on their activity. The economy point you mentioned is absolutely true.
Thanks a lot for the positive rating, Gilbert, and I'm glad everything was smooth. :)
I didn't got scam and it was a pleasure to deal with All4Gamers. He worked on the account details to match everything correctly... and that's what I got. Everything was quick and safe. I am now using the account and will update this review if anything happens but for now, VERY happy with this.
Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience with a seller, Harry! Enjoy the order.
No hassle, no scam. Used them since 2024 and all deals have been fantastic. Some of the orders were delayed but sellers worked hard to finish them all within the day.
Thanks a lot for always choosing us, Zenyx. This means a lot and we truly appreciate your trust. :)
It was everything I expected for the site. And more. Seller was great to deal with and made everything easy.
We're happy to hear about this. Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience, Franklin.
Could of been a bit faster but no biggie. I still got what I ordered. Been meaning to buyer here and finally I did... :)
Thank you so much for choosing us, Elias! Hope you enjoy your purchase.
Already my third deal with verysafe (yeah that's their name and at least they're honest lol) and the deal just keeps on giving. Never had any trouble except for the first order where to send them some IDs. On the 3rd deal the guy also gave me some discount. Super nice incentive.
Thank you so much for the continued purchases and trust, Desmond. Happy gaming!
I could of sworn I was getting scammed but it turned out the seller ran out and had to get them somewhere else. To make up for that he through in some extra G's as compensation. I mean I wouldn't want my next order to be late but you know what that aint bad homes.
Awesome to hear about the compensation! Sorry if the delays caused any alarms, so thank you very much for the trust, Callum.
Very quick thought the delivery time is BS but it was real and they were super nice. I also find the interface easy to use just needing a few clicks to be done.
Thanks a lot for the positive feedback, Nesto. Glad to know everything went smoothly!
Quite impressed with how organized they do things. Only took a few clicks and minutes and everything was done smoothly. Two thumbs up!
Thanks a lot for the kind words and rating, Abel! We really appreciate this.
I purchased a modded GTA account on PlayerAuctions that was clearly advertised with a lifetime anti-ban warranty. That warranty was the only reason I went through with the purchase. Even after receiving a downgraded account, I agreed to move forward—because the seller promised they would honor the lifetime warranty for all future bans. When I later held them to that promise, the seller completely backtracked and claimed the warranty was only 14 days. Despite confirming the lifetime warranty in writing twice, they refused to honor it when it actually mattered. I submitted a dispute with full evidence: screenshots of the warranty claim, the seller's own confirmations, and the misleading listing. But PlayerAuctions ruled in the seller's favor. No refund, no accountability. Then, after I left a negative review, PlayerAuctions responded—not to fix the situation, but to blame me. They claimed I should've "asked about the warranty before buying" and tried to dodge responsibility by saying they don't enforce seller promises. They ignored the fact that I was misled by their platform and their seller. Their so-called "impartial review" was just a cover to protect the sale. This is bait-and-switch. And PlayerAuctions enables it. They side with sellers, even when there's blatant false advertising. Their "support" is defensive and dismissive. There is no real buyer protection here. I've shown clear proof of everything—screenshots, confirmations, seller messages—and PlayerAuctions still did nothing. Avoid PlayerAuctions. If you get scammed or misled, they will do absolutely nothing.
Hi Nathan,
We apologize for the stress this has caused you.
We have, since then, found the new ticket and explanation you sent us and the order was already set to have a refund (3-7+ business days). Thank you for extending your patience with this.
Kindly let us know if there's anything else you might need with this.
Regards,
Richard
They're the best, easy to explain stuff to them whenever there are issues and they answer concerns correctly. I've never had any badly handled order. So yes this is a deserved 5 stars. Nuff said.
Thanks a lot for the positive rating, Zacharias! We really appreciate this.
Not perfect and some minor complaints but overall it still did the job 100%. My complain is taking longer than expected which I did not anticipate.
Thank you so much for extending your time and patience with this. Much appreciated on the 5-star review, Max!
I am a level 2 seller. I will say that to get here is no joke, they really have strict requirements but I can also say that it has been a legit selling experience so far. I receive the correct payment everytime I check balance page. Buyers are 50/50, some will always try to steal your account, while the rest are real. Just better be careful and always check the CORRECT order status. So yes, it's a good site, but sellers need to do there part to be safe to.
Thanks a lot for being patient with the requirements and processes, Savier. We appreciate this detailed review. Wishing you continued success on the site!
It was the account I've always wanted but could never get myself due to a busy schedule (work and family). I'm glad they have it. To be honest, there were also other better accounts but I could not afford the extra $$$ on them so I settled for something close to what I can. That's also one of the best parts --- they have lots of selections. It's really good (:
Happy to hear you found a good one and were able to settle with it. Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience, Diego!
Expert dispute team, they helped me several times with fake complaints from buyers who try to get away with fake refunds. I always keep a copy of delivery both video and screenies, so it helps a lot. Hopefully I can find more honest buyers... but that is part of the challenge of online selling.
That is indeed a good practice. Thanks a lot for sharing it here along with your positive rating, Nikolas!
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The world’s safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to [email protected].
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
