Been with player auction for years, every year it gets worse. It started out ok before zendesk was involved. I have perfect rating on their site.
Writing this because I cant get help changing a simple phone number as I have changed cell carriers. This site wants a full cavity search to update this information. I have given them multiple pictures of myself and legal id which seems insanely invasive and probably an information scam and profile. They dont reply back and when they do, they make up some lame excuse im holding the id wrong? Excuse after excuse to just not update my account. Seems like a legit scam to gain interest off users money?
THEY claim its for security, however my account isnt in question for being hacked. It is a simple (not so simple to them) phone number update.
They are currently holding my money hostage from sales due to disbursement being unable to change phone number and update payment method from paypal,payoneer, and now skrill as they keep changing providers.
I still have not received my disbursement, the directions and "customer support"@zendesk is completely useless. They claim on their website they dont have live chat because "they want to improve the quality and efficiency of the service". What a joke!
Fair priced offers and secure delivery practices. Love the extra attention they have to letting buyers inspect orders first before confirmation.

As ppl said that they are doing nothing to help even if you have an evidence is true, i'd experience it. They literally on favor of the seller, so i can honestly say, playerauction is a scam, they are protecting scammers, they doesn't care how many evidence or solid proof you got and keep asking for supporting evidence when the account is obviously reclaimed by the seller, at the end of the day, they have 0% common sense on the issue. They will turn a blind eye on a daytime robbery. Facts.

Happy to know months ago that its a legit service. Important thing to know though they ask for pics of you and your ID. I was fine with been a member for a year and I think they just want to know you granted permission to be charged. I ordered stuff for RS in case anyone wants to know.

For the most part, the company is solid. I recommend only buyers who have a solid rating from multiple people. Bought an account for league, and it got reclaimed. Bought to protection bc i had a feeling this would happen. PlayerAuctions doesn't do $#*! about it. They ask for evidence, and you can send in all the evidence you want. They don't do jack $#*! about it. Disputes just waste time. They don't help in any way, shape or form. After this whole messy process, they just banned my account.

As the title says, stay away. Bought an WOt account that was inactive from January 2022. 5 days later the account password was changed, the seller of account offcourse said, there is nothing he can do, exepct offer me a replacment accoun, and BEHOLD the replacement accoun is 10x the price of the account that I bought. Could't open a dispute on the matter as offcourse the website wouldn't let, without any explanation why. And on top of that the staff sent me a generic email that my ticket and order is under investigation, and that when the investigation is done, they cannot guarantee the they will reimburse me. Ooo and offcoure the ticket closes in 48h as closed/resolved. STAY AWAY

The dispute button should be available on the exact order page for this and it says "Account Reclaim". We checked and it wasn't used.
Regardless of this, though, you were able to email us correctly on ticket 1228263. However, you only sent an explanation which does not suffice. We need compelling evidence.
Kindly note that we need both the after-sale protection on the order AND sufficient evidence for us to move forward. Neither of which was present for the order.
