The only downside is that they have no Paypal and verifying your payment takes a few minutes.
Outside of that tho the service is for real, they actually save guard your money until you get your purchase and if you dont you can get a refund

7/11 UPDATE: After complaining on TrustPilot, BBB, and SiteJabber, PlayerAuctions finally read my support case and issued the refund. I am still unhappy since this has consumed a lot of time, sending evidence repeatedly to their robotic support team until someone bothered to actually read my evidence and messages.
I wish PlayerAuctions all the best, but I don't want to risk my money on the platform until they invest in more training for their customer support team and consumer protections against fraud.
I am a native English speaker, all of my communications were clear and respectful until they repeatedly ignored my messages and deferred responsibilities. The only requirement was empathy and to actually read the support case information provided. I hope PlayerAuctions takes this feedback to heart. It shouldn't require me to jump through numerous hopes for them to actually read my message and find the correct resolution.
A chargeback costs me time. It costs PlayerAuctions upwards of $100 per transaction. I expect far better from a platform with 4.3 stars on Trustpilot.

Shame on the employees for working for a disgusting company.
Sent them evidence TWICE and "John" and "Bryan" from the customer support team refuse to acknowledge evidence in my favor. Read my support case please, otherwise, you're not really acting fairly for customers.

Your case is still being reviewed. I understand that you would like the resolution to be faster, but kindly note that the support team never "refused" your case and this is still being taken care of in your ticket. In fact, our agents are asking you for information about the order.
Please note that this comes in light of the fact that your order does not come with after-sale protection, which is a requirement for after-sale support. Further, you were refunded on a prior order back in June, which proves our system is able to assist you.
Kindly give us some time to work through this as cases can reach several days to weeks. Your case isn't closed yet and it's being handled.
