I need to clear that I didn't buy anything. I needed to cancel the order because I needed the money. I emailed their CS and agreed to let me keep my money. I really appreciate that and perhaps when my finances clear up I will be able to shop here again.

The instructions were a little hard to follow. But that was about it. The rest of their process was smooth and fast. I got my order in under 10 minutes. Communucation with both their team and the seller was excellent. Will come back.

I really don't use these sites a lot, very rarely, but I took a plunge on it since it was harder to get gold due to a busy sked (dad duties + work). It worked out REALLY well and it was secure. The trader was also very pleasant to talk to. Quite surprised about the smooth process!

Order did not continue but site refuned me correctly. Order canceled is my decision since I need to use my money.

1)As buyer they make sure I get my order correctly and with right price
2)As seller they make sure I get paid although seller experience require more patient because payout take 2 weeks

In spite any issues both experience are trustworthy. I am not very active but I planned to use it more!

I was already planning to give up on the purchase, they had to ask for my selfies again which I kinda hated doing. I gave Coinbase a try and though there was a $5 fee, it went through very quickly. Just need to be careful with paying via QR since Coinbase/crypto payments in general are time based. Anyone reading this who are having trouble I suggest using that.

For a site that only does middleman work, they also do more like provide support after the deal is done and provide email assistance for recovering old purchased accounts. I had to request old data from a 2019 purchase and they provided it via email. It works again so thank you.
