Hello my fellow MMO worlds adventurers,

For almost 10 years now, I have been playing MMOs and gold/account trade is a huge part of a hardcore MMO player's life and thousands of dollars flow through everyday in this business. I have tried a lot of trading sites and personally to me playerauctions.com is the best because,
- Awesome and smooth self explanatory UI
- Despite the ease of use, its highly secure
- Resolution centre is very reliable and FAST!
- Live Chat giving awesome customer care
- Most off all, my money/account/gold is guaranteed to be scam proof compared to any other site/forum I tried before.
-Reliable user rating system.

Sold a runescape account. The buyer already tried to $#*! me up with with a random dispute for a 10% discount. After everything was completed and he could log in 1 day later he claimed that i reclaimed the account and that he wants the money back.

So obvious that he took all the valuable stuff and just wants his money back now (later more reviews on his account came in telling he was a scammer) and yet playerauctions refuses to do ANYTHING about this.

So easy to scam on this site and don't expect any help when you get scammed because even when it is obvious they still won't do $#*!.
Waiting 3 months now for my money and i will probably lose the case because i can't get my account back on runescape and even if i do all the stuff will be gone and he will claim that the account isn't how promised so i won't get my money again.

DONT SELL ACCOUNTS ON THIS SITE

This is the only site I go to for in-game currency and account selling/buying. I've never had an issue in the many years that I have been a member. The multiple verification system is great to make sure that both the buyer and seller are not going to get scammed. It's great that there are more than one option for buyers to choose from and you can clearly see what a seller's review is. I'll keep going here as long as I play mmo's, which will probably be the rest of my life!

PA is very great marketplace and I happy to use it. It helps me a lot in short terms when I need it anytime.
Before placing order, I can always communicate with seller using personal messages to clarify his online status, available amount in his stock, conditions of delivery and terms if I need faster delivery than stated.
After I tried PA, I don't use any another marketplace site.
I can do my purchases using my payment card and it is really fast and convenient even with a small fee.

Once I've declined order with sufficiently big sum because previously I didn't clarify order details with seller. PA made a credit to my payment card in a few days and all my worries gone.

Actually, I'm only a buyer, not tried to sell anything thru PA yet. However, according to my experience as buyer I'm pretty sure any seller will not have any problems to develop own business using PA.

I have been selling through PlayerAuctions for several years now without incident until recently. For the first time, I had an issue where the buyer placed an order, then once delivery was made, decided to dispute the order. The buyer has possession of the items. The case has been escalated to the Final Resolution Committee; they have listened to both sides of the story, however, they will not make a decision. Instead they are holding the funds and have directed the buyer and the seller to work together to resolve it. The manual arbitration team will not respond to emails. I have not had any type of response from PA in over four weeks. This is unacceptable and I will not be using their website in the future.
