There was a misunderstanding in the payment process that left me WITHOUT my money that I spent, and WITHOUT my gold that I'd ordered. Thanks to the absolutely TERRIBLE service that I sat through, I'm now without the $70 that I spent and I have multiple days to even TRY to get it back. They wouldn't even consider any explanation or try to adjust their opinion on the misunderstanding. I paid through Paypal and the names did not match. Despite the fact that the person who I am buying for is a DIRECT relative, they said that the payment couldn't be completed, even after they'd told me previously that a direct relative was acceptable. I now have days to wait for even a chance at getting a response from anyone who has the power to help me. That's the best case scenario. Likely this site stole $70 from me and I'll never see it again. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is debating using this site doesn't. Sadly 1 star is as low as it lets me. Negative 5 is my current opinion of this site. If I could rewind time an hour and a half and skip to a different site, I would. So I hope you do the same.

I tried to make an account, and they said they have a very trustworthy way of verifying identity (PlayerGuardian). They wanted me to give them my cell number. So I gave it to them, but when I submitted, I kept getting an error that says "Please note that only fixed line and contracted mobile phone numbers are supported by our SMS and Automated Call verification systems." I contacted customer service, and they made me wait 15 minutes, then they said that my cell phone company (Wind Mobile in Canada) ONLY has prepaid numbers. But my number is NOT prepaid, and I phoned Wind to change that from 99% sure to 100% sure. They said that my phone is NOT prepaid. I'm in a 3 year contract. So I contacted customer service again, and they told me "the site is not the problem. Your phone number is the problem", and then he said that I should either enter a 2ND cell contract with another company, or that I should use a relative's phone number on another cell company... in other words, he is encouraging customers to CHEAT on the verification process by giving out numbers that do not belong to them. So he is showing that PlayerGuardian is USELESS. No wonder I saw a lot of reviews about fraud on this site. They encourage fraud!

Already sold 7 accounts and in what comes to security its excellent. But the fees they take from every sale are too high. If you sell an account for 100$ and use paypal as your patment method you ll end up with about 85$, in which 13$ are for the site. But probably a good price considering the professionalism

I bought an account around 7 months ago, the owner of the account took it back. I contacted the help desk numerous times to try and get a refund or the money back, i NEVER got a response back, i just recently got a response saying "Because you didn't have insurance, we cannot give you your money back". So i wasted around 60$ on this $#*!ing garbage site.

NEVER DO BUSINESS ON HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL GET $#*!ED OVER.
