The way the issue turned was strange but after all Player Auctions solved my issue.
I will keep using the site just because my account has reputation.
I hope not to have problems with them like this in the future.
I wanted to purchase gold for a friend but I guess that wont be happening. After getting everything set all I had to do was verify m phone number. I USED 4 numbers until I found one that worked because apparently Verizon numbers can't work?! I know stupid right. The customer service representative just told me "try new number, try new number blah blah blah." After all the numbers I tried to get a verification pin I exceed the maximum amount of time I could enter a number and so the site wouldn't let me enter anymore numbers and to talk to customer service. THIS IS WHERE THEY LACK GREATLY! I talked to the first representative who basically told me to wait 24 hours to try and enter my number in again. I waited 3 days to make sure, then it still wouldn't work, so I contacted another representative who said the exact same thing, "Please wait 24 hours to try again." and that person rudely hung up on me. Third rep up and I was getting pretty mad, she told me too email the 'trust' operators and so I did I sent them 5 emails 1 every 2 days and still no response after 2 weeks... I call the representative again and he said that they usually respond in 1-2 days. I AM CALLING your BS COREY! <----- The stupid A** representative who directed me to all his other stupid idiotic colleagues. He then basically said he would move me too the top of the list and have them help me out. Guess what 1 week later still no response from their nonexistent 'trust' email account. I bet they only tell people to email them so they don't have to deal with their customer complaints. I've never had customer service this horrible ever in my life. PlayerAuction is only good if you don't have to deal with their customer service. I'd say it's 50/50 either you have a great experience or you find out what idiots really run that place. If I could I would give the site/company no stars.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Most of the time you're just dealing with other players of the game, no large secret companies that make the majority of their gold by mass botting and hacking accounts. Cannot recommend enough.
I sold an account in the 10th of dec, I sent the buyer the info, he claimed that he received it and confirmed delivery. It's been 6 days and I still haven't received my $50 that I earned from the account, gonna report them to the BBB for scamming, I've also sent over 3 emails the past 3 days and I haven't gotten one response on any of them... thanks for the scam player auctions
Bought a Runescape account on September 6th of this year and it gets hacked the next day. I made a reclamation status because of the warranty I had. After 3 months of the same bullsh** they kept saying to contact the Developers of Runescape they terminated my reclamation with no compensation. Worst site for buying stuff ever..
This website acts as a middleman between both parties and regulates a safe trading experience.
Asking for a refund since August, still no refund despite the fact they have all evidences in hands. Don't trust them! I send them reminders per Email each week with all evidences each time, never get an answer.
Recently purchased an account about a month and half ago the account was reclaimed and they suspended me from the website, and then proceeded to not respond to my emails when I have a 1 year full coverage insurance on the account I purchased. I talked to the live help and all they keep doing is saying they will notify our trust team to look over the details and contact you
The system they have is pretty good system that benefits both sellers and buyers and also protects them from any fraud or scam.
I provided 30 days free insurance although it was a terrible mistake since I wasn't aware funds would be withheld for 30 days. On top of that, it will also take 2-3 days to process. WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP I GOT THE EQUIVLINT OF PISS OFF
Dont go anywhere else but playerauctions. Best site for any sort of trades. Cheap!
