I've been waiting for almost 2 months to get my disbursements from 4 accounts i sold and they are saying that 2 buyers have disputed my orders while there is no proof of that, so playerauctions is holding the money even from legit successful orders, the funny thing is that buyers pay an extra 100% of price for insurance, and still playerauctions is holding my money, the funny thing is that they have disabled support live chat, deleted 3 of my support tickets that was about this issue, so i created a new support ticket and they are still refusing to help me by asking useless information that they can find in 10 seconds, even after you send them the information they asking for they will never respond, i even sent message to the supposed unhappy buyers and they are inactive since long time ago, so its obvious playerauctions are scammers that are creating imaginary order issues so we get bored and give up so they can keep the disbursements...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Thank you for your review. I totally understand how this concerns you. And we would love to help you in any way we can. To be cleare, we are not scammers, we are just trying to follow the process regarding cases like this. We are not creating imaginary case/s just to keep your disbursement, because if the buyer file a claim, the payment will be either refunded to buyer or disbursed to the seller depending on the result of the investigation. I would gladly create a follow up escalation to the team handling your dispute / case. That said, please provide the Order ID to me via private message.

Regarding the insurance, PlayerAuctions offers an insurance package to protects against a rare event of buyer's account being reclaimed, suspended or any fortuitous event that might happen due to the previous owner.

I'd like to know what is the email address you used in sending the ticket? So I can personally track it for you.

Bought gold for a game, turns out the gold was generated and caused me and many others to get our accounts permanently banned. When i sent a ticket demanding for my 100 dollars back, they just banned my account. So yeah, don't trust their support system for $#*!. They ain't paying you back a dime.

I don't know what these 1 star reviewers did to get so mad, but if you have an IQ over 70 you can't get scammed on this service. I've done business with them for years and they do it right.

Well I finally got a response to say my account had been suspended due to having another account. Which the account there suggesting is mine is in fact my cousins who lives round corner from me. Best they can do is tell me to use that account. The account i have no access to because it don't belong to me. So not only have i made a purchase from them what's seems not to be getting sorted I've also to use a account what I can't get access to. It's beyond a joke. It's fraud at its finest. By looks of rest of reviews this crooked company needs shutting down. Junior*******. Why would someone called John have an account under samual94 surely that's common sense

PlayerAuctions does have some legitimate sellers, however for Steam accounts, there are too many scammers on the site. The PlayerAuctions team has terrible customer service, is very slow to respond and suspends accounts that ask for refunds after getting scammed. They appear to have a secure workflow, but that is far from the truth and only a reassuring facade. PlayerAuctions is a joke of a company and is run by a bunch of morons who cater to the Steam scammer community. Buy here at your own (high) risk.

Hi Adam! I totally understand how frustrated you are right now because of the issue that you're facing with our site. However, I want to clarify these issues to you. First, we advise our buyer/s to check the seller's status/feedback and reputation before purchasing. We can not deny that there's a risk in buying an account on our site (just like in any site like ours). BUT, we always make sure that our buyer/s will have after-sale support from our team in case a fortuitous event happens to an account. In addition, you can add a year of insurance that is available to some of our Account offers. Second, we apologize if there's any delay on our response time. Despite receiving numerous emails at a time, we always strive hard to get back to each ticket as fast as we can. Lastly, We do not suspend members just because they are asking for a refund, "As per our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend members if they violate any of our policies". I assure you that before we suspend account, we investigate it thoroughly. I encourage you to email our Trust department at [email protected] so that they can explain the details of your suspension and assist you in possibly reactivating it.

Ive used this site many times for buying accounts, and It works perfect. It has a great protection system to make sure that your not scammed. If I have one issue, is just sometimes it takes time to get the accounts you pay for; but thats on the seller not the site.

Very dissapointed

I sold my WOT account on Player auctions on May 1 for 80 USD and disbursement was set for 14 days due to Free insurance... 14 Days seller availed. But until now i haven't received my money. And support team says wait for another 3-14 business days until its processed. Well after reading all reviews i'm thinking it's a good site for buyers, not for sellers. All negative reviews are from sellers, i think player auctions don't pay the money to seller's. They just keep all the money for itself. I think it's a fake and scam SITE.

Hi Dulguun,

You are correct that with offering free insurance to your order, the disbursement will be delayed for however long you provided free insurance plus up to 3 business days.

When I checked the Order ID you provided, and it appears that our finance team attempted to disburse your payment on May 18th, however got an error from the payment gateway.

Can you kindly check their notification to you and send a response? This may be something that needs to be resolved with them in order for you to receive your funds. Otherwise, we are unable to send the money to you.

Rest assured that at PlayerAuctions, we do our best to facilitate smooth transactions. If you do not receive your orders or disbursements on time, there is usually something wrong and contacting Support will aid in fixing it because we will escalate to the appropriate teams.

Firstly I should point out some basic communications issues. They want sellers to be able to deliver in 24hrs or less otherwise transactions are cancelled which is odd considering that they take 5 days to answer emails. Their online chat is broken and their support site gets no response. Their twitter was the quickest response time of 48 hrs. Additionally they are physically localed in china as far as I know so no legal actions as final options.

They say that you can trust them but the poor communications makes it hard to trust. Each transaction is meant to be guaranteed but that is only for the buyer and only if they pay the extra fee. The fees are steep for the services. They don't audit the transfer of accounts so your buyer can pull out after you have given them your account details. I was told time and time again sorry but you need to contact the game company to get your account back (of course that would be after your account has been stripped). They also want a very large amount of private information, more then they need especially for those that are buying, considering they should have the money on hand before the trade?

To address your main concerns: a) sellers set their own guaranteed delivery time, and we can only hold sellers accountable to what they originally defined, and b) we turned off our live chat and are primarily using email and our help center tickets to respond to customer inquiries. BUT, to date, we do not have any open tickets older than 1 week, so I'm not sure what you mean by "support site gets no response". Twitter is not a replacement for customer support; we recommend sending an email to [email protected] or our Help Center page.

If you can send me your PlayerAuctions username and Order ID, I can investigate your issues both on PlayerAuctions and our Support tickets.

This company is a joke, yes they will sell you access to a game account and you may get to play on if for a day or two if you are lucky. However the accounts have all been traded around so much they get recovered and your out your money and the account within a couple weeks then their complete $#*!show of a customer service team will respond to your emails once a week for a month or two and tell you that the extra $100-200 you spent on their "player auction account insurance" is theirs because they can't prove it was the seller who recovered / stole your account. Don't waste your money on these clowns and sure as $#*! don't buy their scam of a insurance claim

I'm sorry you feel that way about your transactions on PlayerAuctions. Can you send me a private message with your username and Order IDs where we have charged "extra $100-200" for insurance? This seems odd and not consistent with the usual price range for the optional game account insurance, unless the actual account itself was priced extremely high.

As with insurance with other industries, our insurance claims apply if our members can provide substantial proof that game account access was lost due to the actions of the previous owner, and this usually involves confirmation from the game publisher about the specific reason an account is locked. (This protects both us and our members, because forgetting a password, or being suspended due to the current owner's own actions would not be valid, however would be easy to claim.)

I was scammed on playerauctions.com, i bought an account for runescape for 150$ and the account was reclaimed. I even bought insurance for the account and the playerauctions support team still hasn't responded to my messages. 0/10
