Fast & Reliable! I have bought many various things throughout the playerauctions website. It ranges from gaming accounts to "in game services". Overall, this website, is legit and very reliable. I recommend anyone who is wanting to purchase anything video game related, try out this site! :)
Had a great experience with Player Auctions and will definitely be using them again in the future. Has tools to ensure sellers are trustable and to ensure delivery.
UPDATE: 12/18/2017
I updated rating from 1 to 4.
To be honest, I didn't expect to receive any update or refund for my lost case from PA. As you can read from my previous review below, I lost my dispute against scammer seller regardless of providing my evidence.
After I left my feedback in SiteJabber, I received a response from PA service representative, Richard, surprisingly. I didn't bother at first as I thought that was some sort of cover-up act from PA
Few days after, I actually received a message from Richard (PA service rep) via SiteJabber, with PA store credit that matches my initial purchase + insurance value.
I really appreciate to Richard to bring this case up and resolve my issue regardless of dispute status. Hence I changed my rating from 1 to 4 at this point.

I purchased account via PlayerAuction about 8 month ago. After 8 month, seller re-claimed account somehow, and so I contacted PlayerAuction for dispute process, as I purchased insurance from PlayerAuction to prevent situations like this.
As always - the scammer won - insurance I purchased from PlayerAuction didn't help at all. I should have looked at the review before I made a purchase for Neverwinter account... Obviously this scammer keeps selling account again and again after reclaiming it. I provided screenshot as an evidence, but it didn't help. Like other buyer already mentioned, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE IT DOESN'T HELP. It's useless.
Playerauctions is the best place to trade game online, they have good staff, good seller and good place to learn business...
This is the worst experience I had so far.
I've registered with this site and paid for my order, however I couldn't access it, because it has appeared that my account is suspended.
First of all, I had to find out myself that my account has been locked, there was no email or on-site notifications.
Second, after my concern sent to their support, the Risk Management team said that due to security reasons they won't re-instate my account. I told them I'm ready to pass any security checks, but they won't listen and just keep my fresh account suspended.
So what I have in the end: no order, no refund, no account, no explanations.
UPD: I've received my refund and explanations on the reasons of my suspension. They say that I've committed the off-site trade, however I didn't do anything like that. I've been using suggested payment options (Skrill) and paid for my order the regular way, the way you'd pay for any order on any other site. The consistency and competence are also become questionable
Hello Tommy,
Our staff has already sent you a PM. The reason for your suspension is due to conducting an off-site trade; this means you have advertised on our site, but decided to close the deal outside of PlayerAuctions. We consider this a sever offense as per our protocol, and I'm sorry we had to cancel your transaction and close your account. If you need further help or clarification on this, please email [email protected]. Thanks and good day.
Best regards,
Richard
I'm a South Korean and I live in Guam. I wanted to make a trade with my Guam Debit card and they ask me my Selfie with me holding my ID, Scan of my ID, Scan of my debit card, and a screenshot of my Paypal transaction. So I gave them all the requirements and it took over 2 hours :D AND still could't make a trade because my address and phone number were old ones before I moved to Guam. AND I couldn't access to my old phone number because I don't have it! How ridiculous, stupid, and inefficient the whole process is... Don't ever use this web site, takes forever to get help and you will only experience the worst here
Hi there, Junhyun,
I sincerely apologize for the difficult process you had to go through in verifying your order. In our desire to strengthen our security, we sometimes inadvertently make the process a little more difficult for our users. The reason for this is because some users mask their identity by making their location as confusing as possible; clearly, this isn't your case, but to establish the integrity of an order, we have to go through the process as it's the most surefire way of making sure everything is in order.
I sent you a PM, and I'd like to offer any assistance that I can in order to make your next purchase convenient and as hassle-free as possible. Again, our sincerest apologies.
Kind regards,
Richard
Just got an email that I lost the dispute. As always the scammer won. I should've look at the review before I buy runescape account. In the dispute the scammer wrote three sentences that I resold the account without proof and he won. While I provide strong points and screenshots. I am really angry I was their customer back in 2014 while this scammer created his account on 2016. To all the new buyer, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE IT DOESN'T HELP. I bought one for $30 and I still lost the dispute. Like hell does it even do. Right now I can say playerauction is a farm fest for runescape seller if you know what I mean.
Hello there, Ken,
We're very sorry about this experience. We have sent you a PM, informing you that we have now reopened this case, and we will work to find a resolution for you. Contrary to what you said, the insurance helps out a lot --- and our PM aims to explain that.
Again, our sincerest apologies. Please look forward to our second PM to you which will most likely contain our resolution for this case.
Kind regards,
Richard
Everything from the design of the website to the content it has is great. Really cool website. I already recomended PA to some friends to buy and sell stuff from whatever game they want.
Nice site, no soucis delivery fast, i approuve this (sorry for my english, im not english speaker)
They provide excellent service, with great security, thank you very much, and whenever I had to contact the support, they were very polite and efficient!
I've been a customer for years. Only sold before. I made a purchase for eve online. It was bigger. 400 bucks.
I got caught for verification. Sure, not a big deal I can provide whatever they want easily enough, being I'm me.
More than a dozen emails, multiple forms filled out, pictures of me and my ID, credit card etc and they still kept asking for the information. Once I got irritated they claimed to be sorry for the inconvenience then stopped responding.
Every time I provided the info again and again, they'd ask for it again, which I would do yet again and ask for clairification.
Example, my ID needed to be readable and have the expiry date on it. It was clear, any clearer i'd be shoving it down their throat. One of the emails I had taken a screenshot and drew circles around the area... They still sent an email back saying thanks for the email we need this...
It got to the point where I said if you're not going to do this then shut down my account and i'll go elsewhere. I offered a picture of my ID giving them the finger, maybe I could do one with my $#*! and ID since they seem incompetent for simple tasks...
Either way, avoid these guys like the plague. There are other services out there that are much less of a headache and have the capacity to do the job.
Hello there, Jerry,
Thanks for sharing your experience with using our services. I'm very sorry that you found it frustrating and as per checking, I found out you had to cancel it. I'm really sorry if it seemed like a waste of your time, it wasn't our intention to make the process difficult for you.
As you've said, it was your first time buying (whether for the for the first time ever or the first in a long while) and the reason for the meticulous verification process is for us to establish that it's actually you who is placing the order. We've had instances before where the account was accessed by another person and an order was placed without the user's knowledge, and we're just trying to avoid that. Also, the payment for this is a large sum, so we really have to increase our security.
I sincerely apologize for the experience you had to go through. If you decide to use our services again, please let us know by replying to my private message to you so we can work from our end to make your next purchase as hassle-free as possible.
Best regards,
Richard
Everyone that i have bought things off on this site have always been on time always messaged me if there busy or not and always been so friendly i would recommend this site to anyone
Ok, so I out in all my details and everything, I was new to the site trying to buy Hearthstone accounts, I didn't even want a warranty but it didn't let me have the choice. Ok So I bought the account which said 385 Golden in the title which generally means golden cards, not gold. The word "Golden" isn't meant for gold. I payed warranty for no reason. I would like to have a full refund of atleast $13(Thing bought and warranty)
Hi there, John,
I sent you a PM for more details regarding this issue. We're very sorry but insurance purchases are irreversible, and there is indeed an option to select "None" allowing you to buy the account without it. However, we strongly suggest that you have an insurance package. In case there is a problem or reclamation issue, you only need to prove that the seller reclaimed it and you will be guaranteed a refund.
In case there is a discrepancy with the actual account you got versus the offer text, please feel free to include it in the dispute you filed so our team can be informed about it; if you can, kindly include screenshots as attachments. Please write back to us in case you need further help or have questions about this.
Kind regards,
Richard
Whether it's game accounts, gold, boost, you name it!, they are the frontrunners of safe trading. Highly recommend them!
This site is top notch! I been using Playerauctions for years and have not had any issues. Safe, secure and straightforward. No other site can compare to this one and they even offer account insurance!
Ignoreing all emails!
They are ignoring all my emails!,
Can't use paypal anymore they told me to use "Bitcoin", what they don't understand is 99% of the world don't want to use bitcoin...
I used to use paypal perfectly fine, but now I can't... they refuse to help me out... my payments keep failing...
They also refuse to remove any account details!
---
Under the new Eu online protection laws, and data protection I requested my information be removed, they refused!
No point in me having an account with a f**king site, that only allows people to use "Fake bitcoin" now...
Hello there, Stephen,
We have sent you a private message explaining the insurance for order 3260214. This has long been refunded back to you last October19,2017. Our insurance only covers for the account as stated in our website and policy, and we cannot cover for the GP you invested. We're sorry for the inconvenience, Stephen, but this order is fully resolved. If you have other questions, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Richard
If you do get scammed you better have a bunch of evidence, screenshots and recordings, logs and so on. Otherwise your going to have one hell of a time getting a refund.
Hi there, Cody,

I was looking to buy a gaming account for a while, I decided to try these guys against my better judgment. I purchased from a reputable seller with many positive reviews. Within 72 hours the account I purchased had been locked, the seller said he was 'looking into it' and asked for personal information regarding the account and did not disclose any more information. I put in a dispute in PayPal and my account was suspended ( which is according to playerauctions TOS) all I wanted was my money back and to never deal with these shady * again. Would not recommend, never got my money back and the account is still suspended so I can't access information about the account I had 'purchased' even with their added 'account recovery protection.' All I wanted was my money back and to never look back but the company wouldn't do that. Terrible service. Do not trust.

Hi there, Evan,
We sent you a private message about this. I'd like to sincerely apologize for your experience, and I would like to help you with this. As per checking, there is already a chargeback case filed on your payment option's end. As per policy, we prohibit that because it eliminates our mediation process which is part of our offering as a middleman service. In case you are able to reverse that, please let us know by writing back here so we can reopen your case for a resolution. Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Richard
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The world’s safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to [email protected].
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
Answer: Hi there. Kindly check here: https://support.playerauctions.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052300733-How-to-sell You may email [email protected] if you have any other questions.

Hi there, Richard,
We sent you a PM. We'd like to let you know that we are in the process of evaluating this case again, and once we find a good compromise, we will send you a PM here. For now, please give us until next week to sort things out. Sincere apologies for all the hassle that you had to go through.
Best regards,
(Also) Richard
