I have bought a osrs account, and the details reguarding my product have not yet reached me, even though the order "page" says email has been sendt to me.(It has not.)
Every email I send, is ignored, or straight up responded with automatic responses.
They already took my money, and customer service is basically non existant. So i feel pretty scammed at this point.
I bought an LoL account in april. After 3 months it got reclaimed by the original owner or the person who stole the account and sold it to me.
The Playerauctions site acknowledged that the account got reclaimed. They e-mailed me about taking further action for it. I had e-mailed them originally and received no response for 3 weeks. Then I got an official e-mail asking me if I thought my account had been reclaimed. (duh)
Really unimpressed with what they offered as customer support. All they tried to do was asking me questions like "Did you ever share your login info with anyone. Did you ever say it in chat." "Did you contact the original seller" (I did but of course I haven't received a response from them either.)
They basically e-mailed me 3 times asking me to prove my account hadd been reclaimed and then said if you don't have proof in 72 hours your case will be closed. They're a joke.

Some sellers are good, some are bad. Nonetheless still a great place to buy accounts in. Just make sure to buy from sellers with tons of feedbacks.
My order (*******) has been pending player auctions inspection for over 2 days. Payment was taken out 15 minutes after I bought the account and I still don't have the account information. I've sent 2 different emails and both have been ignored.

First time buying anything on this website btw, I pay for the product and after 30 minutes of waiting I get a notification saying there was an error and that I have been refunded my money. I check my account and there was no refund made. I email support about it and with no reply at all my account gets suspended for no reason at all. If I dont receive my product or I dont see a refund made there will definitely be legal action taken

Great site for buying and selling any game. I really liked the site because the shipments are quick and I like that I can play right after I bought the game. Returns seem very good aswell.
I placed an order for an Ark egg. I went to bed, woke up, and next thing I know, my account has been "suspended", the seller of the egg left me a rude message saying, "I just got home. Pa canceled your order apparently your a known scammer^^", and I've STILL been charged for an egg with no egg to show for it. My husband is in the military, and we live in Japan, so I'm not sure if it triggered their system, but the address I had listed was FPO. That should have been sufficient. Don't waste your time with this site. They took my money, didn't give me my item, and made me feel like I did something wrong simply for trying to buy a dinosaur egg. "Scammer", really? I gave one star for the lack of negative star options.

I can not express how ridiculous and rude of this website-PlayerAuction, which made me so angry. I am a new buyer want to buy a dota2 account from their site. After 5 mins i made my payment to them, they suddenly locked my account with no reason, i can not check my transaction status and finish the transaction. I tried to contact their customer service by email(i sent to them more than 6 times both to their support team and risk management team) but 0 answer from them. I have been online shopping for more than 15 years, this is the worst website i have experienced, they treat me like a idiot, charged me and block me from my account, if they still not reply to me and recover my account, i will take legal action to protect my benefits.

Registered on the site, made a purchase and that got my account immediately locked. After this they requested from me:
Copy of my ID,
Me holding my ID,
Copy of a recent bill issued to my name and address
Way too much information needed for simple digital currency transactions. I'm not sure if this is even legal in the EU. I have opened bank accounts and got loans from a bank with less personal information than this.
After few email their support just stopped responding. Thank god, I've purchased the item with PayPal so at least I'm opening a dispute there.

Bought over 50 products on their site, purchased a LoL account over 2 months ago, it had only the placements done, with Kogmaw or Twitch, by scripts, one day after purchase it got permabanned for this reason, it got banned having 10 games played, which means i didn't get to play a single game, disputed the order and the seller offered 25 partial refund, i refued and escalated the dispute to playerauctions, they didn't answer, messaged them again 2 weeks ago, today they permabanned me for fake proofs, proofs that even the seller accepted and made him try to give me a partial refund.
Site used to be very trustable years ago, nowadays they don't care about anything, and they won't help you with anything if you get in troubles purchasing something, that's why they have so many bad reviews lately.
I had just bought a League of Legends account, and less than 5 minutes after paying for the account. I got an email saying that my PA account had been suspended and that I couldn't even log in to check my order directly after I paid. I am yet to receive the account after countless hours with no reply from any customer service tickets regarding this. My account on PA was not specified on why the account was suspended. I can't even request a refund with these scam artists because they completely locked me out of an account that as soon as I paid for suspended it and locked it so I couldn't do a single thing on. Now I am without any information, without a chance of receiving the account because the support team is atrocious in replying with such a matter. Would not recommend this company one bit, used to have good service with this company, now I am just appalled, Major thumbs down...
