The shopping online was easy and the quality of the plants is much better than I expected. They can improve on communication however. I didn't hear anything back for 10 days and then suddenly got a delivery notification on the day of delivery. Luckily someone was home and able to accept.

They don't tell you thay they don't have the products at one location and must ship them around to consolidate prior to shipping I ordered an a full 1 days went by and I had to leave town, so we had to push the delivery out since they only deliver to my area on Fridays, this info should be front and center on their website, very misleading and very bad communication
