They have a great company and an excellent website. Their prices are great. However, this must be an anoly.

My experience with customer service:
2 emails. I was told that this is way they come. This is the way the species look. I suggest they should have pictures of the 15 gallon coast live oak on the site if that is how they all look.

Ordering was really easy! My tree and berry bush arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very friendly.
Why I chose this business:
I wanted to purchase a Cara Cara Orange tree for my mom for Mother's Day and couldn't find one in any nurseries near me. I looked online and Plants Express had just what I wanted. I will definitely buy from them again!
