Everyone I wrote or spoke with at Plants Express was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on all levels. I am impressed by this company.

Delivery taking too long, listed and purchased plants not available and had to select a substitute. Still waiting for the plants purchased.

All my experiences with plant orders from Plants Express have been positive. Relatively fast and convenient delivery with helpful staff whenever I had questions.

They don't tell you thay they don't have the products at one location and must ship them around to consolidate prior to shipping I ordered an a full 1 days went by and I had to leave town, so we had to push the delivery out since they only deliver to my area on Fridays, this info should be front and center on their website, very misleading and very bad communication

Feels like you are trying to dupe customers.
The plants shown in pictures, you charging so much for it and giving every indication that it's going to be big and then a small plants arrive. That too after 3 weeks or ordering and no indication of when it'll arrive. Tried calling multiple times and opened a support ticket and then it arrived. Terrible experience overall.

First it told me my delivery was free, but then I was emailed I was out of the delivery zone and had to pay $200. The website should tell you that by your zip code. In addition the tree I wanted could only come in a 5 gallon bucket not a 20 or 25. We wanted the tree to be a little established, so this was a let down too. Then my plants were shipped a month later in two different shipments neither of which I was notified of even though I was told by a representative I would get tracking numbers. The plants sat in the heat for several days and I had no desire of going through any returns and redelivers after my experience. The plants mostly survived.

I was looking for the specific plant, the aloe with the coral tall flowers, and could not find it locally. I was happy I found your nursery online and you had them, i was so satisfied! They came yesterday and they are very nice, cannot wait to get them planted.

Great healthy plants. Excellent Delivery experience with tracking information so I could be available to greet the driver. Very professional and efficient delivery system and great healthy plants. I have purchased from Plants Express a number of times and will continue to purchase from them. Especially in contrast with some very unpleasant online purchases from other vendors.

Purchase was easy to complete. Delivery was fine and plants look really healthy. The Lemon Tree already has fruit on it! Only suggestion would be to have more communication between the purchase and delivery processes.

I made a mistake in my first order by accidentally doubling it. However, I just sent an e-mail and Plants Express corrected my order with no issues. Plants arrived in good condition and are now in the ground.

I just LOVE this rose. It arrived looking very healthy, already in bloom, ready to plant, and today it's my favorite rose in my garden. While waiting for it to ship, I called and actually got to speak to a human, which I really appreciated. My rose arrived a week after I ordered it. Love, love, love!

As with most online purchases, I was a bit hesitant. When online customer service was a bit timely with responses to my questions on the delivery date, I was a bit concerned.

However, it all went well. Trees came in, nice and healthy. Delivery service was very friendly and helpful.

I'm very pleased with the product, staff, customer support. I feel like I've actually become part of the plant Express family. I will be ordering from them again. You get the sense that it's a family-owned business because how they stand behind their product.

We bought some Podocarpus Gracillior trees locally, but couldn't find enough of them. After searching local nurseries in vain, I found Plants Express online. Pricing was excellent, and the shipping fee was modest. Trees were delivered within time window promised. Would recommend to others, as well as purchase again for ourselves.

This is the best way to shop for plants. The tree looks super healthy and I'm keeping it in the pot to get used to the climate at the beach. I'm excited to plant it and have it forever in our front yard. This was so easy and the way I'm going to buy all of my plants in the future!
