Hahahaha, potv is a joke now. Ok ok, get this, they sent me a damaged and broken item right because they were too lazy and cheap to package a fragile bagged item into a shipping bag. They didn't want to let me return for a refund so I put in the claim with my credit card company and got my money back. Then they come to my say, we will do the return for refund, after they say the claim and lost the money already. So rolling my eyes and trying to be a decent person I say I'm, I'll send it back even though I already got my money. They later send me The label with an attached note saying that there's a $10 shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee. I already have my money, why would I send it to get money taken back seat at this point? Lol. But also they sent ma a damaged item, one, I'm not paying for their screw up and awful service and two, a restock fee?!?!?! They want to restock this broken, damaged, and defective item to sell to another one of your customers and then screw your over with the restock and shipping fees just like they did me or not let you return it at all.
There are a lot of great resources on the site, and I loved that the purchase came with free swag. I actually use the container they included, and shipping was free and quick. Would purchase from again.
I bought a vape from them and then spent 2 weeks troubleshooting, trying to be patient, and keeping an open mind.
When I first emailed them, their cs rep said, "We've got you covered on this." He later claimed that he was not referencing a return, but a manufacturer's warranty. That has yet to be seen either.
In the end, they hung me out to dry on their 14-day policy.
