I purchased a 6 pack of Scapegoat pear cider last Saturday, when I got to the 3rd bottle this is what I found. I have contacted Pinnacle Drinks and was advised to take the bottle back to BWS which I have done and they would arrange to send off for testing.
I have contacted Pinnacle 3 times since asking for an update on the test and been completely ignored by them. This product made me extremely sick last weekend and this level of customer service is totally unacceptable - they are responsible for what goes in their bottles.
I always check wine labels and steer well clear of PD it is all a marketing ploy... shame on you boys.

Ha! Anyone ever bought their wine? Still no reply from them... a shoddy 3rd rate Company which is hard to get a hold of and hard to pin down on social media
It's so easy these days to just accept mediocrity when hard earned dollars are spent. I contacted this company about their Kingdom Lane Prosecco. I advised them that it was terrible... that the so called fruitiness tasted like rotten fruit and no one at dinner liked On all fairness I contacted them twice, asking for their comments etc. They just couldn't be bothered. So, I'm advising the good folks out there NOT to buy the Prosecco I bought... it tastes disgusting. As for their other wines, well, they may be good and I may just have gotten an old bottle... but we will never know eh?
