Site itself is increasingly awful and ad-ridden with popups. Extremely difficult to get any samples that are actually interesting or useful without paying money, and every single thing is designed to incentivize you to download a partner app or sign up for a subscription. The cherry on top for me was that I claimed a 'Claim Now' promotion that offers a gift card for signing up for and trying a paid subscription, was never given the gift card, and after weeks of back and forth with customer service, just kept being told that they couldn't help me even though I offered to provide proof of my transactions.

It's 100 percent a scam. They say allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, it's been 9 weeks since my first box has shipped to be delivered to me. It is July 28 2025, my package has been in Sweden at the same location since July 8th 2025. When I contacted them they tried to tell me they are based and ship out of the united states. If that were true 1 why did my package get sent to Sweden considering I literally live in the United States and 2 why is it not giving any more updates since July 8th? And when I email to ask i get dumb answers like we're based out of the United States and do not ship to Canada etc. As if I'm not literally living in the united states, or please give 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Well the order was sent out of the ware house to be delivered to me on June 2 2025, it is now July 28 which is well past 4 to 6 week window for delivery and my package hasn't left Sweden since being dropped off on July 8th

I have not received one sample and have over 500 points now. I got one in a box that ran out of time because I was below the point minimum for shipping. I got another when I was close to the minimum and when I was almost there, it was removed before the due date. That's how I could tell they don't want me to have it unless I pay for something. And now that I reached the 500, I have not got one sample in a box. If you want free stuff, do ipsos, crowdtap, and other survey places where you can get gift cards.

I feel scammed out of my time… and your time is valuable to these companies. I tried to give pinch me a chance for months because I like to try something out before really listening to others, but they were all are right about it being bad/useless. Ended up closing my account with 600 coins because I was not getting anything after months of filling out surveys… the site is also very glitchy and slow so you'll be spending 1-2 hours just trying to fill out questions for samples… it feels like some kind of insanity to sit there and waste time on something out of each day and expecting to get something for your time, but it never comes and probably won't. Customer service will tell you to just keep doing it and bidding and trust them but I wouldn't.

I used to receive quite a few samples from Pinchme. Not anymore. It's rare to qualify for anything lately. Not happy with Pinchme as I qualified for, and checked out the box that included my dream survey item. When I emailed as asked where it was, I was first told I didn't qualify. Then I sent proof that the item was in my box and checked out including box number. Meghan then told me that the supply was exhausted even tho I provided 3 links to items that you can literally get anywhere! I told Meghan that and also emailed Jeremy reid who is the CEO or somethign. Never received a reply to that. Pinchme seems to be going downhill.

Before they started requiring so many points to get a box, PinchMe used to be a decent company and would send out samples periodically. Now they require 600 points to be able to get anything in your box, and everything that comes is garbage it takes forever to get a box sent to you-like 6 months or more. Despite that, I have faithfully reviewed every item that has come, and now, since November, I have not been approved for a single item they used to be that I'd be approved for a couple of things every week or two, but not anymore. I think the site has gone to the trash heap.

Yes you can get free products from time to time BUT in order to get them you have to get coins by doing offers which typically cost money. Which I've done many offers and they don't want to give you the coins even though you have proof in many ways. I do a screen recording every time, and even show confirmation emails and they still won't give me my coins. So that aspect z they are a scam. It's like being in a toxic relationship. You have to do the offers or it will take you over 6 months for 1 box. Soxyour pretty much forced to do the offers or you won't get but 2 boxes a year your on it daily. You get 5 coins per survey you fill out but if you don't check that box out in time they take the coins you worked for. Then not all the things you qualify for will you actually receive. Sometimes they say it's a mistake and sometimes you just don't recieve it. Then it takes 6months to a year to receive the box unless it's a product that they didn't pay for. (I can tell they pay for alot of the products to scam your information and sell it.) That's really what it's about, selling your information. So they are willing to buy cheap stuff to keep their scam going. They are absolutely awful. This picture is proof of the answer they typically always give when you message them about your coins not being award to you. Even if you have a video of you taking the offer or confirmation email, that mean nothing.

So pinchme had gotten better about Shipping and getting orders out etc but this company has been skimming my points! Unless you have all day everyday to invest just don't. So I understand if you don't check a product out in time you lose those points. But I kept noticing my points dropping, drastically. For some reason I can't access the games or surveys to do points so I was working off reviews and applying for products which you can imagine was a never ending battle... well I started tallying my points in a book of my own. When about 100 or so was missing I emailed and questioned it.whoa did my points really drop after that. So I just sat and watched. I would get approved for things I never applied for and the time would run out and they take away points I never even applied for I guess! I had so many reviews and several 100 points built up that had nothing to do with time etc... well here's the gist now. I have several products in my bag but barely 100 points now. So if I have 3+ products that's supposed to be at least 150 points at the bare 3 minimum. So I just checked for my screenshots I have 2 products and now only 40 points. That's 60 off right there. They want me to review the last products I got but I'm not wasting my time anymore. Someone should tell these product companies! I really had thought they'd gotten better, I did. But I get no reply or help from customer service about why I can't access the games or surveys and they just give you the same old you lose your points after time speal when I ask about that so I'm just done... I work have a life and don't have time to get bombarded by spam etc on the site. I was a good member to!

I was told that my free Pinchme sample boxes were mailed April 15 and January 13 2024. Still haven't got them. Maybe their being sent on a boat around the world and will take another 1 or 2 years. Such a fake place.

This is a scam site that sells your information and does not deliver what they promise. If they simply provided free products for reviews that would be less obnoxious, but they also force you to spend your time and money completing other "offers" so PINCHme can roll in the dough but then tell you that you are out of luck when your coins don't get processed after the hours of work you've done. They also send emails implying that they will reward people for posting positive reviews on these sites (Trustpilot and Sitejabber). They are dishonest about both the opportunities they provide to redeem coins to check out boxes as well as the nature of the products they are sending, which are usually knockoffs or counterfeits from AliExpress, and sample-sized or otherwise different from the pictures shown to manipulate you into spending more time doing offers. Then they take months to send your boxes so they can sneakily never send things and hope you don't notice, and if they do send boxes the products are unusable samples, expired, cheap quality, or a product you never agreed to review that they throw in and then force you to review 3 times. They manipulate how frequently you qualify for items to make it even more difficult for you to actually check out boxes. A constant bait and switch - there are far better services for free product trials that are honest and respectful of your time. Before using this site, ask yourself if you want to spend 6 hours clicking around trying to find ways to actually get points, which often does require a credit card or doesn't credit so you have to find yet another offer, only to get a bottle of expired eyedrops and two cough drops you didn't ask for in the mail 5 months later. A huge waste of time.

Without Pinchme, I wouldn't have tried half the products that they have made me aware of. With that said, I wish I had opportunity to earn more coins to qualify for more products, but half the offers listed have bad links that do not allow me to download the apps to earn extra points. Also, the listed links to earn points by taking surveys always leads to a message that I'm unqualified to take them, so they are a waste of time to click on to try to earn additional points. I do appreciate the opportunity to try different products however. One additional criticism I have is it takes forever sometimes to receive the products that you qualify to try. I'm talking months from the time you qualify to when you receive the box containing those products.

It's easy just play some games answer a few surveys gain some points and off with some samples do a review when you receive your samples and it's as easy as that

While it is great that Pinchme sends out samples more often than not the sample are not full size products. Sometimes it can take months before you see the sample you order. The site is very buggy and is very busy with pop up and advertisements. I would love to see a pinchme app. There is a point system which is used to "check out" with the samples you "qualify" for. You get points in various ways... by applying for samples, writing reviews, and signing up for other activities. I actually wish they would go back to the old way before the point system because many of the activities are downloading apps and signing up for things that feel phishy. I have been with Pinchme for several years though and have gotten some real good stuff to sample/test and review.

I was so happy when I got my Pinch Me box the other day. I got snacks, and all kinds of products in which I could use to try. This gives me the opportunity to see how well I like it, before I buy it in larger containers. Not only that, it saves. I hope how soon I get my next box. This site is called pinchme.com, I highly recommend this site to everyone. Not only do get to get free samples sometimes they are full sized products. It's also pretty good that you're opinion matters and makes a difference with the companies. I have been with pinchme sampling program for over 3 years and it's well worth the time and just a little effort on your part. Try it.

I love this site! I do it in my spare time to find new products I might want to purchase. You can earn points playing games, taking surveys, & applying for products/reviews. Some samples are actually full sized, which I think is kind of important when trying to give an honest view if its hygiene products. They have snack/drink samples which is nice if you are an adventurous foodie like me. I haven't been selected for any of the electronics or womens accessories yet. Waiting to receive a few make up samples though. I definitely recommend trying it out!

I have been a member of pinch me. Com for over 5 years. I have received many samples and full size products. My favorite is a Safe pet self cleaning litterbox, which I absolutely love! You have nothing to lose, sign up, receive free products, and leave a review. It's that easy!

This has been the best try before you buy website, ever. I can't afford to waste money PINCHme.com is helping me out with the mini size to full sized samples. Many of which are high-end items. Recommend pinchme.com.
