Ordered a 2 set pillow package, supposedly the same as Holiday Inn Express. Arrived quickly, however, noticed that one tag was already cut off. Emailed customer care and received a response promptly. However, after that, completely ghosted. Left 3 messages for Emily, who emailed, and no return call. Also, the pillows are not identical to IHG-after going directly to my nearest Holiday Inn, we discovered this. Very unhappy with the service and product. Do yourself a favor and go directly to the hotel, many do sell their new pillows.

Stayed at a hotel and loved the pillows so we decided to take a copy of the tag and go online and see where we can order it. Pillows.com claimed they had the same exact pillow. When received order pillows were an imitation, and even the tag was different from the tag that was on the pillows that we thought we were purchasing. See photos attached. Was supposed to receive heavenly spiral pillows, but instead was sent platinum pillows very soft pillows no one would bite us.
Just don't do it. Customer service is atrocious. The pillows would go completely flat and were nothing like what I experienced at the hotel. I requested a return service, which went smooth enough. I returned the 2 pack of pillows, plus a pillow cover that I ordered. During my time trying each pillow individually, there was always a cover on it. I returned all items and when my refund finally processed, it was only for 50% with no explanation. I reached out to customer service. They responded that the tags were cut and there was a stain. This is categorically untrue. I NEVER cut tags off of any of my pillows. I also know for a fact there was no stain, but on something like that, you can certainly question your judgement or sanity. However, I DO NOT CUT TAGS OFF OF MY PILLOWS. I can with clear certainly say this is a lie. After going back and forth, they told me there are photos and "3 managers" signed off on saying there were no tags. They never shared such photos with me, but it honestly would not matter. This is unethical business practices. If tags were cut off, it was after the return to their warehouse. If I was at fault in any of this, I would understand, but their customer service just expects you to take their word for it and as long as "managers sign off" you have no argument even if you know you're right, and they are wrong. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a different, more ethical company.
I ordered 2 pillows from Pillows.com. They were not comfortable at all, so I returned them. Their return policy says that they charge a $9.99 shipping fee to return items. However, Pillows.com kept $43.99. No explanation, no confirmation email, no order update in my online account. I contacted them but never got a response. Do NOT buy from Pillows.com.
