They have a 20% restocking fee and do not pay for return shipping, so if you have to return your item, you will be paying a hefty fee. Also, they try to persuade you not to return your item through delay tactics such as sending multiple emails trying to persuade you not to return your item and delaying your receipt of an RA (return authorization) number and return address to ship your item to.
