I purchased a dress from Pickallpop - a chinese shop disguised as american - (Order # ixFDH*******) and they sent me a completely different item. When I contacted customer service (Luna and Tracy), they admitted the mistake but refused to provide a prepaid return label. They are trying to force me to pay for international shipping to return an item I never ordered, which is illegal under consumer protection standards.
They offered a ridiculous 15% refund to keep an item I don't want. This store does not take responsibility for its own shipping errors. International buyers, BEWARE! They will send you the wrong product and make you pay for their mistakes. I am now initiating a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid at all costs!
