This website/service is horrible. The samples they provide on the website and all their Marketing materials look very professional. Once you pay for their service, the work is very amateurish. I dont know if they use junior/cheap calligraphers or not, but I am very disappointed. What a waste of money. They offer 3 revisions, I sent them an example of what I like, they still didn; t do what I asked them
The fine print says its a site from China, I am out 170 bucks! They have sent me down load buttons, but nothing gets downloaded. Be Cautious! See images below... Screen one tells u to down load... screen two, tells you gain to download but np link to be found!

This company "claims" they do not use fonts but that is a LIE. They also upcharge for what they tell you is a better artist... I guess that must mean better than an imbecile. They do not follow directions for any revisions. Their communication is less than desirable. Computer generated garbage.

This website reputes to sell logos for photographers. It heavily advertises (read: spams) on social media, including Instagram & Facebook. I ordered one of their logos which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. After over twice the time had gone by, I emailed the company and politely asked where my logo was. The company never delivered the product and never responded to emails. I was lucky to have paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back after filing a dispute.
Photologo specifically directs consumers to their Facebook page for reviews. They do have a lot of positive reviews, but they are quick to delete ANY and ALL negative (read: honest) experiences with their company, rather than trying to resolve customer complaints.
This company should be avoided at all costs.

Answer: Easy to get a response to an email. Responses will be arrogant, not customer-centric.
Answer: They advertise everywhere and I used them in the past for a very basic signature. I went back this time because I wanted something special and less generic. I thought from their advertising that they could supply what I wanted, but unfortunately, they can only supply generic.
