I placed an order and waited for at least two weeks. Nothing has arrived. I emailed them (well the customer service was great and helpful. They checked the shipment status and it was apparently shipped out from the factory. They offered to resend me for free.) However, after over 2 weeks of wait, I haven't yet received it. It was a birthday present for my friend now I have to think of something else for her. Very disappointed.
Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.
Have ordered many times from photobox and have always received really great products. Recently ordered a large canvas online, which is very quick and easy to do and love how it tells you if the picture quality is good enough. Product received very quickly. Good prices and deals too.
I have ordered from Photobox several times and each time I have had excellent quality finished product, excellent price and the best thing is that Customer Services are quick to answer phones and solve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Good bargains and offers. Got a nice A4 album for £30+£3pp which was pretty cool (50-page album). Really good support on phone. Totally recommend it.
Terrible quality canvas print! Nothing like what it said it will look like on the website! So far they have not responded to my complaint to do anything about it!
I'm surprised no one has reviewed this dreadful company yet? They are "absolutely appauling". I ordered a birthday card earlier this year, and received a horrible service. The customer service was insulting and unprofessional.
After I complained about not receiving my card, I had an email from a Rachael who suggested that I "go back and read their turnaround delivery", which is something I did before I even ordered from them! Advertised period of 4 - 6days, but it took them 14 days to print and deliver a "simple birthday card".
I ended up ordering from Moon Pig and the Moon Pig card came the very next day!
The Photobox card eventually arrived, but it was a complete joke. I could have printed a better card on my home computer! Photobox seem to be a company run by either one or two teenagers from their bedroom.
The Moon Pig card was 100% professional and my whole family was delighted with it. Avoid Photobox at all costs! I ordered a full refund from Photobox because it didnt come in the advertised period, and thankfully I got my money back. If you want avoid crappy products which look like they've been made by children, and if you want to avoid the stress and hassle of complaining, then avoid Photobox
