Disgraceful and dishonest way to treat customers, sent 2 wrong items and did not even respond to the issue to help. I had used them in the past but trust is gone now, never again.

I bought a Sesderma- Samay antiaging cream from this site. It arrive yesterday I opened the and the seal was placed on top but not seal. On top of that is not the original product container since I have an original that just run out (photo cream in the right is the fake one) It's a scam. Don't buy from this company.

Première et dernière commande sur ce site. Aucune solution pour m'informer de la commande passée sur le site, un colis se ballade en Espagne, puis en Allemagne, alors que j'habite en France, aucune réponse sur mon problème, une fois vendu et payé plus de contact et aucun moyen d'annuler ma commande qui de toute façon n'arrivera que trop tardivement. Je suis en colère et n'en restera pas là

First I ordered and paid for something. They e-mailed me that it wasn't on stock. I replied to that e-mail, and haven't heard from them since letting me know it wasn't in stock (their last e-mail was sent to me on the 30rd of August.)

I have send them many e-mails on different dates, at a certain point I even asked a refund, since I'm not recieving any replies or my order: still no reply.

I'm still being ignored and my money still hasn't been refunded, also I have not recieved my product: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OF THESE SCAMMERS.

They clearly do not respect their customers and offer no service what so ever. Not writing back since the 30th of August, 16 days!, is not acceptable.

This company is ridiculous, I received a faulty serum with the bottle all broken, they asked me for photos, I sent all the photos requested one month ago replying to their email address, which they say is a no reply address but it's neither mentioned in the email nor in the email address (when it's a no reply it says "noreply").
I've been waiting for a reply for 1 month and never got an error message back (which means the message was delivered), and now they say they cannot do anything because it's been a month. They sent a faulty product and they use this as an excuse to not make a refund. Please do not purchase with them, they are a scam company.

I ordered gluten free baby cereals. They sent gluten cereals. I told them and deny the fact by ignoring and asking me to resend a picture, when they have the description of the product in the web that clearly says gluten free, when it is not gluten free.

Ordered Eucerin Hyaluron Filler 3 Viale pack but when it arrived there were only 2 viales the pack. The postage packaging was fine so it obviously was a problem at Pharmacy Club. This company refused to accept this had happened stating they had strict quality control. I will never use this Company again. They have stolen my money. It's a scam.

I made an order for nearly 200 euros on their website, and got confirmation that it would be delivered between 10th and 13th June.

As of 25th June, my order still has not been delivered. Their website says that my order has been picked up by the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company who said that Pharmacyclub had not sent them the package.

I contacted Customer Services through their message service, three times, no response. Tried to call, no response either.

I think this may be a scam, or the company is going bankrupt.
