I ordered from tge US not the EU, but i believe it's the same company. I ordered almost $100 worth of two products, neither one of which met expectations. The poster that I ordered stated in the description "radiant and vibrant colors" and that "some discrepancy in color is possible". The poster came in black and white and when I reached out to the company I was told that poster is always printed in black and white. In my opinion that is false advertising. It should be clearly stated that the poster is black and white, not allude to colors. I spent $60 on a blanket and the preview showed the exact picture that I submitted. What I got was a terrible quality, very thin blanket that you could get at Walmart for about $12. The background has very undistinct detail and zero color. On top of that the image of the dog is fuzzy and distorted. I almost can't even look at it because it is a disgrace to my pet. The company has been completely unhelpful. It takes them multiple days and up to a week in between contact, and all they do is defend and ask for more pictures. On top of that the customer service representative is derogatory and a little bit sarcastic. I've never written a negative review before, but this company should be avoided at all costs if you don't want to overspend, only to be disappointed and then dismissed.
