My cat loves this food. I ordered it from Petocart which gave me a huge discount on the bulk purchase. Amazing Customer Support as they provided me great coupons for the next purchase which additionally provides me 5% discount.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described, Excellent product and seller! Very pleased with this purchase.

I contacted the seller asking the status of the order. They resolved it very quickly and I don't buy online things quickly this is my 6th time this was a great exp as I received the product soon than expected.

Terrible experience. They sent me a $400 cage that was damaged and when arrived the box was totally torn apart and there were parts missing... essential ones like the roof and the perches. I contacted them and they offered a full refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement. They than emailed back and only offered 20% refund and said they don't have a replacement. I told them I want a full refund as offered originally than. They have now bot responded and the numbers to contact them... no one ever answers. Talk about a scam business!

I place an order and never got my product (or a confirmation email). I called their customer service number which has a 281 area code but based on the accents I think I was speaking to someone in India. I called several times and I was told to call back in an hour multiple times. Never why I had to call back because I could never understand what they were saying.

During one of my calls I finally got someone to tell me that the product I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was told that I would get it in 3-4 business days. That never happened. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back.

Just stay away from Petocart, they are a total SCAM!

After writing the first review, I was waiting for about 8 days for my order. It wasn't like it was a heavy or bulky item, just a small fish tank filter of $6.99. They responded to an email I sent and replied that because I did not pay for shipping, they sent it the standard method of shipping. Which means, the absolutely slowest way. Even though it had a tracking number on the package, I guess not paying for shipping also did not get me the consideration of sending me an email to let me know it was shipped. I finally did get the item and everything was fine. Just real slow.

I ordered a pet accessories for my maxy very pleased with the design of the site. Easy to maneuver through and found what I needed quickly at a reasonable price.
