Avoid this company at all cost. They are total hopeless in trying to send any kind of products. I believe they are a total scammer

I'm so glad you are still selling these. Kind of expensive but the only chew toy my rotti likes. The delivery was fast and recieved in good condition. I'd like to stock up but can't afford to much at a time.

I ordered a Hide-A-Bee dog toy on December 4,2025 and received both a confirmation of the order and of shipment. FIVE weeks later I received an email telling me my refund was being processed. That's it - no shipping delay notification, no tracking number, no customer service or communication whatsoever. Just did not deliver. Big Fail.

Juan was very helpful! I am however want to make sure that the postage charge on order if one is removed. Juan said he made an error and put in 3 sweet potatoes and I ordered four and he said yes it was his error and second postage would be refunded! Thank you!

Placed order and the order was never sent. Contacted them by phone and email many, many times with no answer. Called my credit card company and disputed the charge, and that's when I received an email telling me it was the post office that lost the package. According to the tracking, the package never made it to the post office. Read other reviews. Everyone that placed an order got the same treatment. They are scammers!

I ordered two pet toys on September 17. They've never arrived although they've charged my credit card. I've reached out by email and phone and have never heard back from this company. Do not buy from them. It's a scam.

Received no merchandise. No response to my emails or the numerous chat messages p I sent.No response to voicemails I left. Extremely sketchy if not outright fraud.

I ordered a product they clearly didn't have in stock but charged me for anyway. After 3 phonecalls and emails I finally got hold of a representative and he said my product was damaged when packing it up. I told hi to send it again since I had paid for it and then I was told they never had the product.
Horrible!

They delivered a part of my order, I tried to contact them but nobody answered back, I sent them an email explaining the situation - nobody answered back to my email too, but they took my money though. This is my awful experience with Petocart.

I have not received my order and emailed twice asking for tracking because there are no links. I never received a response. Am making a complaint through Shop.

This "company" is a complete scam. They pretend like it's a U.S. website but then ship from overseas or through Amazon.com. They are frauds, STAY AWAY!

This company over charges and short ships orders. When you call to request assistance, it is VERY VERY difficult to get a call to go through to someone. Then they deny all wrongdoing and will not help you or correct the problem. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

I order it for my dog, He usually don't consume any food but from particulate brands, I found it on this website with best price and fresh stock. I made the order and it come to my location within 3 days. I am happy my Doggo don't want to wait too much for his favorite food.
