My two dogs escaped our fenced yard over the weekend. A friend suggested I utilize pet amber alert to help find them. I signed up and paid the 99$ with the understanding they would send me a confirmation email within 24 -72 hours. After 5 days they have not done this and have not made any contact with me. Nothing has been done and the money I paid was in vain. I would like my money back but can't get a response from them after trying to chat, call and email them. I don't recommend this company at all. I did find my dogs after 3 days but through no help from this company.
