Needs serious changes on customer service. Have never been able to speak to a representatives. Had the misfortune my job deposited my check to the wrong account it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to get my money deposited to my bank. I'm a single mother that depends on that money thanks to this problem I'm behind on payment and it's causing problems financially.
At 1st I Thought Highly This Was A Scam. I Was Told Upon Thus From A Relative. They Respond So Fast & Time Manner :)
I think that the company over charge in shipping and his much the payment are. The calculation is off. And it takes a while for someone to contact you back

I love Perpay's model. It allows me to buy the items I would normally buy on credit. I make a very decent salary, but my credit is in the toilet from recent events. Perpay allows me to rebuild my credit too. Only complaint is that it takes a while to shop for products. You have to wait for your direct deposit before your item is shipped. Otherwise, love the service.
I have had great and smooth experiences with this company. The ease of purchasing the items to the ease of making my payments. I have the credit card and the line of credit. Love it!

I'm not getting explanations why I'm depositing money into the credit card account every paid period?
On 3/4/25 I tried to purchase the meta glasses by Ray Ban as as gift for my significant other. I had to resubmit financial information and when I checked today, nothing had been done. You've raised my credit limit multiple times, but I can't get A BIRTHDAY GIFT approved that is only $400? I've already told him he was getting these, and now I don't think they will be here for his birthday on 4/5. I am very unhappy about this and honestly if I can't get a gift that is well under my available credit, I am seriously considering simply paying off my balance and closing my account. This is ridiculous.

It's good and u can get things with the credits u get for making ur payment. Only thing on the card they don't give enough money raises
I have bought several items from this platform. I have the available credit however I keep getting a message to apply at a later time for the credit card. I don't understand why when this is also supposed to be a credit builder so I am unhappy with the way the company Granted you the credit card

I have had a couple problems with orders not being received and reached out for help things were solved in a timely fashion and great customer service i love using perpay its a great option to have.
Some of the items are severely marked up but I believe that is because of the model of this line of credit. Some items are more than $100 more expensive than any other place to purchase.

Most of the items have inflated prices compared to other big box stores and one of my orders never shipped. I compare prices and sometimes something can cost $199 at Walmart and Amazon but here it's $299 or more PLUS shipping
I receive everything that I order very fast I don't have a problem with my order at all I have found such amazing products.
It's a great service for people living payday to payday. It also allows people to shop from home with broken down payments.
