They used to be my go-to but twice now orders that we're guaranteed to ship the same day, within 3 hours never shipped at all! I'm sick of waiting for refunds and never getting my perfumes! I will NEVER use you again!

I ordered a bottle of Zien perfume and boy was that a mistake. It doesn't smell at all like I was hoping for. In addition, I sprayed a little on my arm and I immediately got a rash, my eyes burned and I had to scrub it off immediately. Buyer beware! This product is full of chemicals and comes from China. I would urge perfume.com not to carry their products.
