The sale was advertised with free shipping. This sounded like a great price. So I clicked on buy it now, clicked on PayPal and hit submit. Then charged me for shipping. Not a great deal when you add in costs on top of a supposed good deal. Lying to customers is not a great way to retain your customers just saying.

i.purchased the Bleecker St. Bond #9 and paid over $200 for it. It arrived quick however it is not authentic, its fake. It doesnt even last 15min. How fake is that and to charge you over $200 is a slap in the face. Im so angry.
I was not happy at all that the USPS dunced me and did not leave my package at the door when I was home. They sent it to a USPS access point on Lindbergh which made an unnecessary inconvenience for me to pick it up instead of just leaving the package on my doorstep. I love your product; however, I just will think twice before ordering online again because of the stupid delivery service available through the USPS. Thank you. I ordered it in the 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered on the 9th. Here it is the 27th it's lost in transit and when I spoke to customer service she says. I'm sorry we will reship you a new bottle but couldn't rush deliver instead of normal freight. Or even give me last months I never received and this month for free since the first never showed. But can't offer a full refund and send out the list bottle or give me last month and this month at same time. No she just says she has to wait on managers response and then she will email me. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. If I was them I'd give refund. Still ship out last months misplaced item and this months next fragrance both ups or FedEx overnight to keep my customers. I guess they like losing customers to different places. It's a shame.
