Placed order for a replica Breitling Navtimer (bl65) on August 31st 2016. Received shipping and tracking information (from China) on September 3rd. Arrived Northern California on the 9th.
Small cardboard box containing gold box with the watch and a couple of documents inside. Gold box and the watch inside wrapped in bubble wrap. The watch itself completely covered by clear protective shrink wrap mounted on a small pillow.
After removing the shrink wrap, inspected the watch and found it clean and scratch free.
Set the time, adjusted the band, and now wearing a really convincing replica of a Navtimer:-)
My personal experience was fantastic. I also own a real Bretiling watch and was curious as to the quality of a replica. Not disappointed.

I ordered a replica Rolex from Perfect Watch and have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. I read a number of scathing reviews on this site so I want to share my more positive experience. The watch I ordered was a Rolex replica day date. It arrived in a timely manner and looks good for a $200 watch. In addition I've had it a few weeks now and it keeps time as well as my mid tier Oris watches that cost me considerably more. The one issue that occured was I ordered it in grey but got it in black. When I called customer service the agent was not very helpful but did explain I could return the watch for an exchange. I like it well enough I'll just keep it.

I bought Rolex submariner "swiss Movement" It stopped working after 7 months. You would think this might be an unusual event and the vender would be willing to replace such a defective product. It did cost $700.00 They offered a $50 store credit to by more inferior product from them. I now have 7 month old rolex replica paper weight. Don't waste your time or money. Don't be fooled by the 800 number. This is not a legitimate business.

I purchased a radiomir panerai watch. There was a fingerprint or film scum on the undersurface of the crystal. I wrote a bad review on PerfectWatches website that was never published. However customer services sent me an email saying that they realize that there was a problem with my watch and to send them pictures to document the foggy cyrstal. I sent them two sets of pictures over two weeks ago and nothing has been done. In other words, if you receive a substandard knockoff, you have to eat the expense and there is no returns or replacements. What a scam operation.

Have ordered four times from them with an average of $600 per order, 2 of the watches went bad and this last order they REFUSE to do a credit card payment even though their own system and website have it and wanted me to pay by BITCOIN or WESTERN UNION - DO NOT TRUST anymore and will NOT ever use again after that - if you want to lose ALL your money and NO chance then pay by those two SCAM methods - better yet find that special Nigerian Prince/Princess they will do the same charm.

I ordered a Rolex Submariner from Perfect Watches and was quite surprised that it arrived on time and looked like a decent replica. After one week the metal strap broke and I was lucky that I didn't loose the watch. I contacted Perfect Watches and they immediately sent me a replacement strap and I was very surprised.
Since I was having a good run and the watches were reasonably priced, I ordered 3 more to give as gifts since there was a special promo and I got the forth free.
The watches arrived within 2 weeks and my luck changed. The strap on the GMT did not open, the strap on the new submariner was malfunctioning and one of the submariners was not keeping correct time. Within a month one of the other submariners was completely trashed. The mechanism inside shook loose and is garbage.
I called customer support and was instructed to take the watch to a repair shop and send them a copy of the bill and they would deduct up to $50. From my next purchase.
This policy is incomprehensible as there is no reason to ever buy anything from Perfect Watches again.
If you can't afford a real name brand then purchase something affordable and reliable from a reputable dealer or boxstore or online from a reputable source.
DONT BUY CHEAP CHINESE GARBAGE!

If you want to make sure about the site ask them that you want to return or refund your money... look what they will do for you... Ohh three months you will get sick with them they will never refund your money and when you want to change they will ask you to send photos then after a month they will ask for video and after month they will say sorry the item which you like not in stock so they will send you other option with other watch which you don't need to buy... if you accept you should wait other month to ship... if you ask for refund ohhh they will ignore you on live chatting and will never answer your email.

All the time they will ask you to wait on live chat then it will close automatically then you should make other chat and other person will ask how I can help you and then you need to tell him again your problem then will let you wait on line for while until is close then other person will come and will ask you how I can help you... then you must give them bad words then they will say ok will talk with the manager then will email you. Then you will wait for two weeks no one will send emails... I swear I lost a lot of money with them I really don't want to tell bad experience about any site but I should say what I know so others must be take care and look at other site which is not scam.

I bought a watch in December and now the face of the watch is starting to lift. There is a string that is hanging between the 12 & the 2. The website for Perfect Watches says that they have a 6 month warranty and the first time I called this is what they told me, Now what they are telling me is that the warranty will not be granted and basically oh well. They have very poor customer service, I spoke to whom I thought was a manager and was told who was a manager only to find out that this person was just customer service. I will NEVR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN... NOR SHOULD YOU!

My purchases arrived. In fact PW contacted me to ensure my delivery arrived ok. Unfortunately one of the catches catch on clothing and keeps opening and the other, the oscillating weight for he automatic movement sticks, so the watch keeps stopping. When I contacted PW, they offered a replacement or $50 off my next order. They refused to cover the cost of return. My best option is to now fund a local repairer who won't confiscate it for being fake, plus a cost to repair it. It looks great only it tells the time only twice a day!

Tried to buy a Longines watch today using Visa, I'm based in the UK.

As soon as I placed the order I got an email confirmation (good) and on the very next screen a message saying Phone them or Chat Live to them to ensure order is "expedited".

I LIVE CHATted with them and eventually they called me to tell me my Visa card had been turned down by THEIR own internal security systems (a joke in itself but that's another story). They then asked whether I'd like to pay by Moneygram or Western Union. As I have access to neither of these systems/cards I said no, just cancel they order. Which they agreed to do.

Then it dawned on me: they had just scammed all my credit card details from me, the long number, name, expiry date and security code! And I had f*** all in return/to show for it.

Anyway i called Visa immediately and told them to cancel my card which they have done. Nothing went thru on that card and never will.

Sadly, I have to assume that this is basically a scam/fraudulent site. They may give you a watch if you wait long enough but... I suspect they are just as interested in your credit card details as the few hundred dollars you pay for the watch.

To be honest even if I'd actually received the watch from them I'd still have taken the precaution of cancelling the card I paid with.
