Multiple attempts to have my account fixed have resulted in nada. I paid for two separate one month memberships and then paid for a year. Ever since then (paying for a year) it won't let me do new reports (kinda crucial). Can't seem to get it right and definitely want to cancel as i have been trying to reach out for months

I just did a report on myself and hardly anything is correct. I've been married for 4 years but it still has my old last name. It says I was divorced from someone I don't even know. My address has been the same for 10 years and it is wrong. Nothing at all is updated. This site sux. I will certainly cancel this.
You have attached names to my account who have no relation to me and do not belong on my account. There is no way to at least question this or figure out who these people are. Why not?

They don't tell you, you will have to pay extra to get the complete information on a person. And, I tried to search on an associate and it took so long to return the information I signed out.

Too many steps and my Visa card and Amazon Pay initially rejected me but when I tried again Amazon worked. 30 minutes so far.
