Frustrating having to take 4 pictures & fill out my card #s to not receive report.
Every search I have tried fails to give me even the basic information. Addresses are out of date. Marriage and divorce records are undiscovered. Criminal records, bankruptcies and up-to-date email addresses and social networks are missed. I want my money back.
Good information but every time I get a notice of an update on data on a person I have researched I have to go through the total search. I wish you could just show the up dated information.
I'll be cancelling this membership. It doesn't offer information outlined without an upgrade for additional cost.

I keep receiving emails regarding my husband. Stating there is more information added to his background. Every time I paid a dollar and there's no new information. When I know that there is. He is currently in prison for kidnapping, attempted murder and domestic abuse felonies

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
