The general report is very superficial. To get the information that I, and I assume most people are looking for, you need to upgrade your account for EACH person you are looking into.

You state before the report is generated and paid for that there are multiple arrest records yet your report shows none. Actually none of the information I got from your report was worth while. I would really like to get a credit back.
