I've received many emails regarding updates to a file that I previously searched "Susan Marie Caldwell", I don't feel I should pay for another search when I have already once, and when I paid for the updated search last time there WERE NO NEW DETAILS AVAILABLE, it was all the original information that I got from the first search, and when I called you to ask about your "customer satisfaction guarantee" since I was not satisfied, you, (whoever answered the phone) was very rude and refused to fix the issue at hand, so I canceled my account. I just thought I would try one more time. Please don't disappoint me again.
