Ok. Just wish there wasn't a hidden way of getting more money out of users by needing to "upgrade" to get more of the report. My understanding was it all comes full with the sign up... but I learned quick enough with the first search of myself!

I've been married &, divorced and, this says that there's no record of either. Dates are completely off. I've owned vehicles. Not to mention other things.
I canceled this month's ago and you billed my account. I am dissatisfied and I am requesting that my account be refunded. I want to know why you continue to charge me and send me emails since I chose to cancel this account very quickly when I discovered that the information is outdated inaccurate and useless information thst Google provides free. Please refunded my money and again cancel my account remove my account from your database.

It did not tell me anything. When I tried to pull up family members it would not work. It keep telling me sorry. What a waste of money. Will be asking to cancel. Hopefully a refund
