I bought the one month plan with the premium upgrade of $20 on top of what I already paid. This was to do a check on myself and I am extremely disappointed that I wasted just about $50. There was very little info on me. Even the most basic of info. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would also like a refund due to lack of info that I was provided.

I entered the requested information with several different search companies and all of the prices were different. When I signed up with your company I believe it was a bait and switch. You and had me believing I would get a full report. What I got was a just one area which was traffic information. I had already obtained the name and address from Google. I came to you for all the other details and now you offer more information for more money to see what was in the original offer. If you're not giving me access to the criminal details then that does not help me. I am upset and are requesting a refund of my money.
