People related to me I don't know half of them. I do understand there's a lot of women with my name and that makes it very difficult, but if I have to pay for this I should be able to get the correct information. My name is Janet Loving as I typed it in but you continue to put me as Janet Ray I have not had the name Ray for 5 years so refund my money or fix your information so I know what I see is correct.

The information is all basic public records information and actually, in this case, not correct. I was looking to see if this person was deceased, which I found out he is not; however, it also said he is not divorced, which I know he is since I was the one who divorced him. So it makes one wonder if the information is correct about being deceased or not?
Did not accept card until I changed to another one,
Only showed card I had used months ago which was cancelled back then.
Monthly price should be about $5-10 less but otherwise good service to have.
