I got reports on several people to see the quality of the info. In some cases, it was excellent, but in others it was spotty or just plain not correct. But then my name is Taylor, so I got lots of Maybe info, but my daughter and I are in your data bases, but lots of excess criminal info on other Taylor. Also my marriage in Marin County in 2010 doesn't show up and my husband is missing entirely.

I payed $14.95 under the impression I was getting the full background check, not just the names and alias used by person I'm searching. Only to be required to pay another$19.95 to get the Full background check, I was under the impression I was getting from the beginning this process. By what I read under information.
So now I'm $14.95
For what information I was pretty much aware of.
I wouldn't have given 1 star but there's no option for zero stars.So I will put the word out on my social media account s not to use your site.

This is my first time to review my report and I was disappointed in that it is presented in a way to generate more $$$$ for your company rather than the subscriber. Therefor, your charges are too high based on my experience it wasn't very satisfying. Also, every step you choose is another charge, which is not good and a lot of the info is incorrect.

I signed up for 14.95 then all of a sudden you come back that more info would come for 19.95 i said ok why'did you charge 19.95 plus 68.86 I did not authorizethat charge expect a credit back to my act thank you in advance
Big mistake I looked up up my record and they have addresses where I never lived... Am surely disappointed...
