Long time to get signed up! It's a total waste of time and money. They give u absolutely no information on 5 ppl I searched. They just try to get more money out of you. IT SUCKS!
I paid for the report. I was looking into my own Name Search. To see whats public about me. I PAID 27.99$ & PEOPLEWIZ... wanted ANOTHER 20$ for the "premium" report! YOU know what you get for 30$ dollers?... everything ANY basic FREE Google search can tell you. Infact I found more information about myself with a FREE Google search. This is BS! Waiting. 3 to 5 days for my refund'--- BULLSH*T & WASTE OF TIME!
OH &! TO TOP off how dissatisfied I am. called into Customer service to do so, clearly upset about you STEALING 30$ For 0 info.

BUT she did RUSH to end the call & ended up HANGING UP... what the hell?! HOW RUDE, smh. If you dont want to deal with difficult people. Dont work in CUSTOMER service for a company that falsely advertising information it will provide/give.
In this life... we need to do N o t h I n g other... than live. SO, pick a career that makes you happy. Alex, be better tomorrow...& the next day...& the day after that. Infact. Everyday get a little better. IF your new- you'll get the hang of it. I have a good feeling however... you are not new to this company. So SET a better example. Customer service is simple, if your kind.

Found person but report includes multiple same named people and not specific to whom I selected. I can do my own facebook public search and get the multipe possibilities - going to cancel, not what I expected
I searched myself and it is so loaded with errors and inaccuracies that I find it to be almost worthless.
I got the report that was recommended. It didnt show anything. I know this person was married and divorced and has been arrested. Do not help at all! A waste of my money.

Pretty easy to get it started, but once the report was finalized, there were numerous mistakes and no way to edit or request to delete the mistakes. I checked other family members as well, same thing. Numerous mistakes!
It was a bait and switch, to get to any possible criminal records, more money was required. A complete wate of time. Highly disappointed.

For what I paid for $27.95 for information and I got nothing at all no information and nothing on the person I was investigating before I move on to another website I am asking if you would please honor my request for a refund of $27.95 I thought I was getting a lot more for the money I just paid then you want another 1999 for me to look at the information that I thought came with the 2799 very confusing and misleading if you want honor my 2795 refund I will leave this bad review and move on elsewhere!
It was mind shocking to see how quick they came up with all this information I was at a loss for words
They will keep charging you even after you cancel. Make absolutely sure that you decline the charge on your card if they process a transaction after you request cancelation. I went on with 1 month and they kept charging me for 3 months even after I cancelled.
