I got the information i wanted to know, report was enlightening.
You send me messages regarding updates about a particular person, then charge me AGAIN to get those updates, in addition to the monthly subscription fee. That's just NOT RIGHT!
I pay for a report one time, then when there are ‘updates' for the same person, I get charged again. That is just wrong!

I paid 55 bucks for nothing. It was a whole lot of nonesense for all that money. They had absolutely no records.

For $27 I didn't get the information that I needed such as social media records
I know the person I ran the background check on has been arrested and convicted and served time at least once for a pretty substantial charge. I know he's divorced. I know he has employment records. None of that is in this report. I even paid extra for the premium report. I just wanted to know if there were other arrest records that I didn't know about and you don't show them at all.
It gave no info useful and then asked for another payment to look again
