I could have got information for free all it's showing me is date of birthday and address! Waist of money! SCAM!
Did not provide me with the information I was searching for.
Got more information before I paid. Had 22 Twitter accounts and a marriage that I can't find on the public license records and I don't believe is accurate
Haven't really told me anything that I didn't already know
I haven't seen any information yet, but the system seems easy
I chose the 6 month plan but the system charged me almost double. Then open a report that has a basic info on it so now I have to pay as listed another sum of 19.95. This is seriously theft when u advertise one thing and actually done offer that service. I need to know what plan this is bc I want the 14.95 one and a refund for over charging me returned to my card ASAP.
Thank you
Bonita
Plz take me off the every month subscription. I didn't want & don't want a every month subscription. Only this 1 time. That's it. Ty Lisa Carr
You should've been upfront about the cost. I hate to go through and fill out to figure out there's gonna be a cost for it
Love it mother-in-law cheated husband out of inheritance got to find out who what why where and when love the app
The first person I searched I knew more and personally verified more about them than peoplewhiz did. It is pathetic when I found three marriage and divorce records that they did not. I did a search on myself just to find out that I apparently do not exsist because no information could be found.
Ok I haven't seen any report yet. After I do I will write more.
Must continuously go back to dash board to refresh
I don't know yet haven't gotten the report. But so far so good.
Easy to sign up. Hope to find out information that I am looking for.
I was impressed how fast I was able to get some personal information on my disappeared sister
Information found was not "informing". And questioning the validity of people whiz credentials
I am not getting detailed imfo and pay 27.00 a month! I am going to cancel.
Also, info is not accurate
Not easy to use and for the price is not what I expected
Great, fast and dependable, can count on
Results are very accurate.

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
