Hi, I'm a friend helping a friend out. She is gravely ill and paralyzed from the neck down. What a mess she is in. She takes it in stride and she said laughter is the best medicine. My friend has a heart of gold, and I'm so glad I'm able to stay some nights with her because she needs someone with her at all times.
