I paid for a report on me to see what you had. My report is absolutely and totally wrong. Most of what you showed was wrong with the exception of my address and name. Marriages weren't even who I was married to. It was not worth what I paid for it.
I actually want to initiate a refund to my account. The service you promised when I ordered this is not what you get. You promised to provide all types of information from social media accounts, criminal reports, marriage and divorce inflation, jobs, etc, etc, etc... Upon ordering this service to test it, I did a background on myself to test the accuracy of your information, and it wasn't correct, not only that but you provided hardly any of the information promised in your ad, and it's only after you get my money you then want me to "upgrade" to get most of the information promised in the original ad that I decided to try. That's trickery as far as I'm concerned, and I would like a refund, please. The only time I tried it was to test it on myself as I said, and I'm completely dissatisfied. I feel taken advantage of, and wand my hard earned money back. I'm contacting the better business bureau if we can't come to an agreement now with a refund as your making claims to potential clients to get their money first, then don't provide services offered. That's stealing as far as I'm concerned, and I feel I was lied to. Please refund my money so I don't have to take further action like write the Better Business bureau, and post several negative reviews so that others don't get taken advantage of as well.
