I wanted to test your service because I have been looking for a service that provides accurate information. As a test I did a search for an individual that I have known most my life and is relative.
I was very disappointed in the report I received. Much information was incorrect or was not accurate as to dates. It showed me addresses that this person has never lived and incorrect dates on several items.
This had a bankruptcy and misdemeanor conviction that were not on the report. It showed persons that were not related and missed several that were.
So, I would like to cancel my account.

I would like a refund. I received an email saying that there were things added to my criminal record which was absolutely not true. This is a scam. Much of the information you sent me about myself was not even accurate anyways except for basic info. Please email me at *******@yahoo.com and refund my money.
So far so good last time i could not get final report
You sent me a email stating someone had run a background check on me w 2 possible negatives on 1/4/2022. There was nothing. I'm disputing this charge w Amazon & American Express.
Well I couldn't afford the report so I went to back out and was offered my report and unlimited reports for 5 days for $1. Of course I jumped on it but the report had very little information. It didn't even have criminal information or social media profiles in the report which should have been easy to find. Then after I paid it told me for double the information for for another like $20 but that's not what I was told when I paid the $1 I wasn't told all the information wasn't going to be in the report to begin with or else I would not have done it obviously
