I paid $2 to another service for a one-time usage who gave me five times as much information as you folks gave me for $50. For your premium service I need a refund I need to be contacted about this problem immediately because your searches never produced any information that was known by just a simple Google search no legal actions taken against the persons that I was looking for nothing and I know they have criminal records I know they have been married I know they have been divorced and you folks couldn't even give me that information please contact me immediately ASAP!

All you did was spit back to me the info I gave you, along with some that was just plain wrong! Where did you get this other info? Not from me, that's for sure.
Amazingly fast data-gathering, but report covered only quite recent years. Absolutely incorrect marriage information given—totally different info than "this" Joan Murray Webster where much of your info was applicable. Also, knowing I have no criminal records, I was "taunted" at the onset to sign up for your 1-month rate. The opening info on your site indicated that "for my name," in RED, I had criminal records. I don't see how it is worthwhile to go any farther, with other inquiries, when I see incorrect info given in my own basic "report."
