I paid for one time $27.95 I believe & all I got was name & address. If it costs more for more complete information, then that should have been made clear at the onset. Very misleading. I would appreciate a refund to the Visa account used!
Your ad is very misleading. And much of your information IS pulled from a lesser than search engine. I get more information from a Google search. Only the premium accounts gain access to information not found in public records.

Problem: I'm being asked to review the app even though I have yet to use it, so I have no idea how well it works. I entered an old Army buddy's name and now I am being asked for a review. They're lucky I'm giving them two stars at this point.
I could not be more disappointed with this. From what you advertised and the false build up of information promised while building this report I feel completely ripped off and want to tell the whole world to stay away from you guys. Man am I angry with you guys for ripping me off. You should be ashamed.
I did not receive any documents that I requested to be emailed to my account.
I thought I would be able to see, court doc, Bankruptcies. The only thing I can see is marriages & Divorce dates. & His birthday dates.

Basic, but incomplete info - it's criminal to charge for this crap
I purchased the Premium Report. I understand that you include possible matches; however, to include individuals, (especially under Criminal Records), from a timeframe before I was born is concerning. Further, it is misleading - if not intentionally deceptive. I bought your product because you stated that I had Criminal Records. Being surprised and concerned, I wanted to see this information. Then, I was to learn that this was a reference to an individual who was repeatedly arrested before I was even born! I recognize the need for possible matches, but that was ridiculous. Believing in your company, I spent money that could have been budgeted elsewhere - and during a Pandemic. I am disappointed in your lack of integrity, and formally request a refund of my monies.
It was an ok experience. But over-the-top dramatic…. Laughable.
You continued to send email telling me you had new information on Laura Anne Waddell. I paid the $27.95 to access the new? Information. There is no new information. I want my money back.
You advertise one free search but had to join and pay. The search showed nothing unless I buy Premium. What a scam. Do not charge me anything
